What is your in-game name?: Name/CollectiveWorld What is your steam name?: CollectiveWorld What is your steam ID?: Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:218861100 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) Yes, i am a Moderator What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) 04/04/2021 What date did you make your forums account?: may 8th 2021 Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)?: Moderator How many warns do you have on the server?: None Have you donated?: yes, got a tac and the royal guard package, Apprentice What rank are you applying for? Senior Moderator Timezone: AEST Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I've spent a lot of time on this server as a mod making it through many sits with having a great number and also making sure i take every sit i can possibly do, making sure i do my duty as a moderator on Imperial RP, being respectful towards both parties. I'm very active. I would love to be able to help people with their problems and get the fairest outcomes as a Senior Moderator as i can only take certain sits due to my current rank a moderator limiting my sits. I promise to uphold the community and server guidlines and do everything by the book, looking over with higher staff members when needed too. I am also a very active member of the community. With becoming a Senior Moderator i will look over Trial Moderators and Moderators, making sure i see what they are doing right and wrong then helping them with whatever they need, like a ban or question How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?. I would first take the report and bring both the occuser and the occused and get both sides of the story. If the occused keeps cursing at me after i tell them to stop i will use the !gag command on them and then ask for any evidence leading to the problem. I will then check logs to make sure everything checks out with or without the evidence then get an admin over to ban the person for 5 days for MRDM using the administration chat

  8. 1.What is your IGN? (In Game Name?) Vice Sovereign Kir Kanos/Name 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Sovereign Protector/Commander 3. Why do you want to be a Commander of this branch? I want the Royal Guard battalion to maintain its high level of activity in recent months. I want to demonstrate to everyone that RG is capable of being professional and respectful, as well as astonish people with our performance. I'd like to see the Royal Guard set high standards, ensuring that everyone is properly taught and educated; I'd like to see greater activity among the NCOs, as well as their simulation work. I'd like to make sure that we treat our allies and fellow battalions with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. As a Commander, you must maintain the battalion's stability, ensuring that it does not disintegrate or fall too far behind. You want to keep the battalion running until it reaches a position where you can take a breather but be ready to jump back in if necessary. The unit requires someone to assist in rebuilding and guiding it through these difficult times. if the Commander leaves the battalion or position, you should have done a good enough job to ensure that it does not fall apart and that it can continue to operate until a new one or he/she returns to fill their position after being away, and that the Commander should take the initiative to ensure that this happens, that the positivity stays neutral. I'm looking forwards to various simulations and events coming our way, with the Royal Guard doing everything they can to protect our VIPs and other battalions. I'm looking forwards to meeting with other commanders on a frequent basis to talk about how we can improve throughout our time here, directed by our excellent officers, NCOS, and, finally, our cadets, who are all lead by our command team. During my time here, I've had nothing except fun and thrills, improving with each ranking and showcasing my abilities and potential to everyone, especially my potential as a Commander. During my month on the server on RG, I had a blast, with RG being my major life and me spending all of my time and effort to it. I'm looking forwards to seeing what occurs with RG, knowing that if I can lead, I'll be able to help as much as I can. I believe that if I take on this duty, I will be able to help everyone by being there when others can't and solving problems as swiftly as possible. I truly want to be a part of this position so that I may be proud of myself and stand tall knowing that I can do my all as an RG by stepping up in this battalion. I am also looking forward to doing conjoint sims with other battalions to show work efficiency with a bigger group of people and with another leader amongst another group. I feel working with another leader would be amazing especially another battalion with both of its units working together to assure the same goal at the end of the mission, brining both parties the interest of communication and strategy, maybe using it later in an upheld battle. With my time as a Vice Sovereign, I have held the responsibility of keeping the battalion a float. With the recent LOA and ROA that my command has been on along with the recent leave of our Commander. I have been spending countless hours going through the roster and discord making sure everything is correct, working with my fellow officers and command team to ensure that everything stays in line and that nothing slows down. I have reached out two High Command in my COC (Chain of Command). I have reached out to these people to help in the things that I am unable to do but helped in a way to show them exactly what to put in as a list to make sure that I am doing all I can do to help. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 4+ months on the server with my join time being the 28/4/21 with all my time being on RG. My battle metrics https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/968043627. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a Commander for a branch? The role of a Commander is to assist with daily operations, whether it's escorting a VIP, running a simulation, or overseeing an event. As a Sovereign Protector/Commander, you must show leadership and bravery by ensuring that all of your RG understand what they are doing, follow all rules, and do not fall out of line. Assuring everything runs as "smoothly and efficiently as feasible." As a Sovereign, you will be responsible for guiding your Royal Guards along the proper path, ensuring that the goal is completed by the end of the day with everything in order. Whether the mission is successful or not, you will push them to be a better version of themselves. Of course, you don’t take all the issues, knowing when to step back and let fellow officers take control to show their growing potential. A Commander is a major figure of their Battalion/branch, serving as a role model and source of assistance for the RG to look up to and seek instruction from. A Commander oversees their officers and ensure that they are doing their duties, as well as appointing new and responsible officers who are capable of leading both new and future members of their Battalion. You oversee all reports or difficulties within your battalion or at least the ones handed to you, ensuring that everything is dealt with and not pushed aside, reassuring your RG of what is proper and wrong. Within the problem, you respect both battalions, allowing you to quickly turn the problem into a solution. Returning your battalion's best appearance. As a Commander you will have leadership. Leadership also acts as a source of a motivation tool by showing the right path and bringing confidence in one another. it helps in attaining better relation among the team members. It helps in better utilization of working in the organization as motivated members are willing to give their 100 efforts. A Commander must realize that they are always on stage and that every little move is going to be scrutinized meaning to not muck around and take every situation as if everyone is watching. A consistent leader maintains the same demeanour whether things are going well or everything around them is crumbling. Leaders that can maintain a consistent demeanour inspire far more confidence in their teams than leaders who noticeably panic. A leader with being a Commander will mean you choose to lead a group of people, showing them, you trust and have faith in your manner and decisions. Overall to be responsible as a big leader among a battalion, show courtesy, professionalism, leadership and lastly care towards all accounted for. Overall, the main goal of being a Commander for your branch or battalion is to ensure that day-to-day operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, while also maintaining positive relationships with other battalions and ensuring that those within your branch or battalion are satisfied and eager to always work to their full potential. A Commander must monitor their officers and make sure they are doing their jobs along with tracking activity within the roster. The Roster should be updated and kept up to date. 6. Why should we trust you to be a Commander? : For the past four months, I've been with Royal Guards, listening and speaking with my fellow guards. Throughout my career, I've shown both a light-hearted and serious side, knowing when to and when not to step out of line. I take all reports and problems seriously, and I always notify my supervisors before acting (following COC). In each given issue, I always seek guidance from my superiors to decide the most acceptable and respectful course of action. Otherwise, I'll take my own course of action if necessary. I spend hours on Royal Guard, chatting to everyone and making sure everything is ok. All the Royal Guard know who I am. We build friendly relationships, so our connection is regarded appropriately. I never say anything negative about my teammates since I take Royal Guard very seriously. I would like to take the initiative and be the one who determines what to do, working with our other Vice Commanders and Command Team, ensuring that the correct options are available. At the end of the day, I take my responsibilities as a Royal Guard seriously and respectfully. I never argue with any of my Royal Guard members, merely obeying commands and responding when appropriate. I am always the first to assist the other RG in getting in line, showing them what to do and how to do it, as well as taking responsibility of any difficulties or actions they may have. I enjoy spending time with RG and want to give it my all. Being a Commander, I feel, will allow me to fulfil my ambition to give my all in RG and to actually aid others. By doing my part to help, I hope to reduce some of the burden on Jaeger. Whenever possible, I'd want to lead the RG, ensuring that newcomers are adequately educated as soon as possible. I can care after clients in both AEST and EU time zones, as well as during regular hours, because I'm in a different time zone (EST). I'd like to spend my time as a Sovereign Protector, assisting whenever and wherever feasible. As Vice Sovereign, I was responsible for the RG and led them throughout Events/Sims/Offmaps and even Guarding. 7. How often can you be Online? : I spend 11/12+ hours a day on Royal Guard. My hours are increasing with each passing day. As a Sovereign, I intend to be active whenever possible. I am reachable on any platform, at any time, with my computer turned on and my phone near at hand to answer quickly. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I currently have no warnings and prefer to keep it that way for as long as possible. Thank you for taking the time to read my application.
