Name and Rank Shadow Guard VI Zingle Are you in Shadow Guard?: Yes, I have been in shadow guard since 6/19/2021 How active can you be?: I can be on for 9+ hours per day depending on plans IRL, except on Tuesdays because I go to my grandparents. Length in Royal Guard: I have been in Royal Guard since 5/13/21 after rejoining from like a month inactivity. (I plan to stay on the server for long term this time) Why do you want to become a Trial Senior Guard?: I want to become a Trial Senior Guard for a few reasons. The main reason I want to become an officer in RG is because I have been on sometimes and there is 0 RG on at times there used to be. Also I feel like if there was more activity it would encourage people to buy the RG Package and get trained for it to join in. One of the other reason that I wish to become an officer is that I see CDTs and sometimes even NCOs being unorganized a lot, and I feel like being an officer would help me in the task of organizing them so we look good to the rest of the server. Considering we are a donation battalion lots of people usually have their eyes on us because they want to see if buying the package is worth it. Same thing with already trained and in RG members, if the battalion is unorganized they might just get their tags and everything removed and move to another battalion so that they can get the RP experience that they want in the server. The final reason I wish to become an officer is because overall I enjoy the server, ant the battalion and I wish to get the best experience out of the server and help other people enjoy the server as well. Why do you believe you are ready for this position?: I believe that I am ready for this position because I have been in RG and on the server for awhile now, having 1,154 hours on the server. I know that might not seem like a lot compared to some of the veterans of this server but it is enough to know the ropes of the server and what to do. I have been trying to get myself prepared for this position since I've reached the rank of Royal Guard 0 and I believe I have done a good job at training myself. Do you have any warns? Sadly I do have 1 warn for RDM from February, I do not recall the situation but I haven't had any warns since then.
