My biggest reasons for wanting to help this regiment the best I can, assist the commander, and to assist in growing IC. So, my first reason, I love IC and really want to help the best I can. As a Vice Commander, I can help move troops through the ranks. I have been in IC since I came back to the server and it is the only regiment I play. My second reason is I want to help the commander. As a senior officer, I currently serve as a bridge for the rest of the regiment to the command team. As a Vice Commander I can still assist as that bridge, but with more abilities to help the Commander. My Third and final reason, I wish to see IC grow as a whole. When I first started on the server, I looked for the battalion with most active command team. As an active member I wish to be there to be there to draw people to IC. 4. The main purpose of a Commander or Vice Commander of any branch is to serve as a role model for the rest of the regiment. You need to also know how to deal with various issues and assist in move the day to day operations along. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as a Vice Commander because I have done it before. I am ex Starfighter Marshall. Along with this I have never been warned. I just want to do my best to help IC. I have been dedicated since I came back to help IC. It is my only life and I just want to help it succeed in any way I can. 7. (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): I would say I am very active, 68 Hours in the last week. 5. What is your current sub-specialty?: DMS/SSS/Crimson Squad 6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer? (150+ Words): I want to become an IC officer for a few reasons. My first and foremost goal is to assist IC in any and every way I possible can. Our officer core is looking a little slim and needs more people to help prop it up to all IC to show the server how good we really are. I would also like to help move people through the ranks and create a more active NCO core. Because IC is a donator only group it creates a heavy bottleneck for people joining. One of the best ways to get around this issue is to create a demanding presence on the server, being active, but more specifically having an officer core that is extremely active. I would like to help fill this gap in IC. IC is a one of the best groups on this server, it just needs more people to help move people through the enlisted ranks, to teach and mentor NCOs, and overall officers in general to assist the two VCMDRs. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer? (100+ Words): I should be trusted because I have past experiences. I am SF Ex-Vice Marshall, and have been an officer in IC before. I know what is expected of you and what you must do. Along with being an ex IC officer I have been apart of every facet of IC besides Delta squad. I have been in Omega, Crimson, I also have been a DMS and SSS since I became a SGT. I know and have experience with all aspects of IC and all the things we do in our day-to-day operations. I do also want to address the aspect of my short officer tenure. The last time I was officer I did resign after a short time, I do not have any intentions of doing this again and have talked to Sev directly to clear up the whole situation. 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer (100+ Words)? The biggest advantage I bring to IC and becoming an Officer are my past experiences and my activity. As stated above, I have knowledge on how all parts of IC works and am able to assist in all of them or any other faceted that would be needed of me. My other major advantage I bring is I am extremely active. I am on pretty much all the time I am at home. There has been times when I sit in TeamSpeak doing homework in case anyone needs help I can easily transition and assist. I really enjoy the server, and IC as a whole and want to see it succeed. 9. -Support Overall, I just believe you are unfit at this current moment. One of the major reason is I would like to see you in a leadership position, such as SSS or DMS or even a squad position. Another major point against you is the application is very short, did not meet the word counts. I feel like at some point you could be an officer, but at this current point you are not ready.

Why do you want to become an IC Officer? (150+ Words): I would like to be an IC Officer for many reasons. The biggest is I would like to be able to assist in any way possible in making IC grow. When players first join they try to look for the most active battalions/most fun. I believe IC has both of these qualities, but it's hindered by the fact it is a donation group. So we need an active officer corp to show people it is worth it to join if they can financially do so. Along with that I would like to help move players through the ranks and allow them to flourish into great NCOs. With an Officer rank, I can assist in more tryouts/training, and do NCO training, this is important because NCOs are typically a Battalions most active section. When I first joined IC I was not super into it, but after the first day or so I began to bond with my fellow ICs. They took me in and explained how things work, and how we did things. I want to be able to do that for the next generation of NCOs, and I believe I can help most in an officer position. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer? (100+ Words): I believe I should be trusted to become an officer for a few reasons. The first one was my time as StarFighter Vice Marshall. This rank allowed me to fully appreciate the command team, and allow me to prove that I am trustworthy. It also taught me how to be a leader. My second reason is my membership in Omega Ω. As a member of Omega I am very trusted with many things that I am not allowed to share. Along with all of this, I have 0 strikes in all of my time in any battalion and 0 warnings on the server. These reasons should show that to some extent I am trustworthy and know how to act. 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer (100+ Words)? The biggest advantage I would bring to IC by becoming an officer is my activity. I am on all day, everyday because I have no school right now. However, in the near future I plan on reducing activity to avoid burnout. Along with my activity, I am very active in all facets of IC. I am a Demolition Senior, a Sniper Senior, and I recently became Omega Squad’s Darman. These characteristics demonstrate that I really do enjoy IC and want to do what is best for it. Overall, I just want to help IC as much as I can, and I believe it needs more Officers at the current moment, so I assessed how I may be of most help and decided that Officer would be one the best use of my time. 9. I would like to be Vice Commander of this branch because it is the only branch I have ever really known. SF is in a bad place, and needs strong leaders to lead it out of the dark times and into the light. SF is suffering from a few issues that I would like to help remedy. I have always loved SF and it is truly the only branch. In all my time in GL I have very rarely picked up a second life, and if I would not play it as much in efforts to focus on SF. I want more players to become interested in and I believe I can better achieve this though being a Vice Commander. 4. Being a vice commander of any branch, you need to be able to wear many hats. You gotta be able to train, to perform in your branch, and most importantly be able to lead. Your main purpose as a vice commander is to be there to assist your commander in leading the branch. Whether that be leading/performing in their stead, or being autonomous, and knowing what you need to do and when to do it. Your main goal should be to assist in any way possible in running the branch and running it well. Another major purpose is to act as an ambassador to your branch. Both are very important aspects of being part of your branch’s command team that I would equate them on the same level. Overall you need to be a well rounded individual, stern, but not too stern. Friendly, but does not let people walk over you. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as vice commander because of three reasons; I am one of the most active members, I have past experiences in command roles (not as much on this server sadly, but lets change that!), and I have 0 strikes. First off, I am constantly on the server, because I just really enjoy GL. With me being on the server constantly I feel my efforts would be best used in SF, so I typically stay on job and interact with the server. Secondly, I have had command roles in the past. I was the first gladius squad leader, (back when they changed the name from onyx to gladius), and now I am Onyx squad lead, I have sadly not done too much yet because things are still settling from the merger. And finally I do not have any strikes which signifies that to some extent I know what I am doing. Overall, I feel like I am a well rounded individual who would succeed in this position. What is the point of been a officer?: The point of being an officer is to be a representative of your faction, while also being a role model to your faction. One of the biggest things is to lead your faction, while also having fun. What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him?: If I were to see a fellow officer messing around, I would attempt corrective action, and explain what is wrong. I was an NCO under Manjini and now I am an officer above him, as much as it pains me to say I am going to have to -Support -Not very active -Still has some troubles with following directions -Does not show enough initiative -I would almost say a little egotistical at times Like I said, I was under Manjini's leadership and now he is under mine. I have watched him closely and I will be the first to say that he is improving, but he is not at the point where I would like him to be. Sorry man.

I am going to be honest, when I first joined the server I was just going to mess with Hale, but I quickly started really enjoying playing on here and now I spend almost all my free time on the server. I am a very active NCO who hosts at least two tryouts a day. I am also an Onyx Squad captain. You can also ask anyone who knows me, I am a very honest person who just wants the best for SF. I also believe that you can only be a good officer if you can admit your flaws, I know my flaws are how blunt I am and my curiosity and I can assure you that I am working on my bed-side manor to ease up on some people who take things so personally. What can you do to assist command with this rank? With the rank of officer I will do my best to contribute to the bettering of SF. I will always try my best to provide a nice environment for new players while also keeping the NCOs in line. I would also make sure our battalion is minge free, make sure everyone knows how to fly, and how we expect them to act. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? I know fully well and have witnessed it happen before.
