1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : LT Commander Yuri 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Naval Vice Admiral Application. 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I have learned a lot while performing duties, and leading fellow Naval personnel for a bit now. I wish to enhance and assist in maintaining the branch with the others when plausible. I hope to learn with managing and leading a branch even further than I have with my current position as a Naval Supervisor. I will always encourage ideas, as well as helping people problem solve issues pertaining to the Naval Branch. 4. Main purpose in my learning experience is, we help train, motivate, and empower members of all positions within the Branch. We also assist and support all other regiments within this Imperial detachment by provide communication, missions, and clear leadership. I also believe that our objective is to help train the next generation and instill standards so that they may become the next leadership we eventually will entrust. In my view, a leader is someone who leads by example, and sets the standard for activity, decorum, teamwork, professionalism, and leadership. Finally, I believe that a leader's purpose is to help encourage activity onboard our Imperial Class-II Star Destroyer. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have shown good leadership at times while other leadership was absent and have led within other branches in this detachment. I as well have performed leadership rolls outside of the community, and have experience in both fields of in game, and out of game. I as well enjoy my time on this detachment in addition to interacting with everyone to help bring entertainment as a whole. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am able to get on during the weekdays after 1700 PST due to work, and weekends I am available all day even when I am not on server doing other activities. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : My warnings are as follows: I have been unable to complete some quotes within my current position during weekdays due to outside server reasons such as working. I also at times like to have a little too much fun on server with everyone that may break the bonds of leadership. Other than those reason, if I have other issues, I am always open, and hope to encourage people to speak to me in person (In server, or within DMs if need be) about issues pertaining to me specifically.

Why Do You Want To Become An Officer? [100+ Words] I wish to obtain more responsibility along with increasing my knowledge in leading, and training members within, and into the 501st Legion. I feel as I would be helpful to the other Officers within the regiment to help keep our numbers high and increase productivity for our new members. I feel that for everyone even those who make it to Officer status will always be in a constant learning state, and every action can lead to mistakes, or success. I wish to experience more with 501st and show what I can do with these new responsibilities. Though I may not be perfect, and there may be others more determined, and prepared. I will do what I can to maintain, lead, and train 501st members. How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words] I believe I can assist the 501st as an Officer to aid in leading and maintaining the legion during times where other officers may not be available for. I can also help take some of the duties /stresses from other officers in order to keep a balance of duties that they are all entitled to upkeep. It is always an experience to learn as you go even with Officers who have been in the billet for longer than most. What Qualifications could you bring too the 501st Officer Team? I can help train members into Engineers since I was a prior Senior Engineer before I joined ARC. I can help conduct SIMS/Trainings if no other Officers are on or able to. I can also help teach new recruits if they ever have questions or issues with anything regarding 501st. Have you had an previous experience has an Officer? I am a current LT Commander/Chief Aviation Officer for Naval and been able to show my support for those two regiments for some time as well. What is the purpose/duty of an Officer?: To maintain, discipline, train, and lead others into any situation they are tasked with as well as to adapt and overcome any obstacle that presents itself in the path of leadership.
