-Support seems like a bias was held against the players because of their affiliations. If it were you and similar things happened I’m sure you would have acted in a similar manner. It feels petty to get upset over such trivial things like people goofing off on your server, I suggest taking it as a lesson on how you should treat new players in your community. Who knows maybe if treated better some of these players might have played on your server again. Highly doubt that now.

Upon arrival on the planet Inferno Squad Lead by ID10, Del Meeko and Gideon Hask attacked the rebel base with no remorse. The base was heavily fortified and shielded heavily. After eradicating the Rebel forces the base was searched and destroyed. The information collected shows signs of Rebel outposts on Planets such as Jakku, Hoth and Tatooine. Upon re-arrival on the ISD there was word of a traitor within Inferno. After much deliberation and questioning it was determined the Inferno agent IF14 was the traitor and had sent word of the mission to the Rebels. Unfortunately the traitor escaped to be possibly seen later. Inferno Squad will now have to keep an eye on all agents as the traitor could possibly come back in the near future. Full report of the mission was handed over to Admiral Versio and Commander Versio where they will deal with this threat how they feel fit. Activity is very important for all battalions on the server as it shows 1. That our server has an active player base and 2. It shows how well a battalion is doing. Most of the time when we want to see more activity it’s because if the entire battalion was inactive it would make it less fun for everyone because there’s no one to interact with. I fully get when people can’t be active because of irl things and I can’t think of anyone who would give you any issues for it. As far as promoting based on activity it’s true but also not. Most of the time if your seen on the server and interacting with members of your battalion they will notice you and either promote you or recommend you get promoted. And it’s perfectly acceptable to take a ROA so you can be semi active and not be removed for it. I hope I cleared somethings up with for you also if you have any questions you can find me in game!

Almost every battalion has 4 commander job slots.

What is your IGM? (In Game Name): Head Squad Lead Don Jon IF4 What Regiment are you applying for? Inferno Squad Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be vice commander of this branch for many reasons Dedication: I have been in IF since January 25th and have worked hard within this branch everyday. When I first joined IF I attended tryouts. followed orders and became enthralled with this battalion. After a short while and a couple of promotions I decided to transfer my SFC rank from Purge into IF so I could fully dedicate my time to this battalion. Upon reaching Senior agent I wanted to make an immediate impression so I started working closely with officers and vice commanders whether it was hosting as many tryouts as possible or informing my COs of any misconduct I witnessed from other members. I joined IF because I saw they were hosting tryouts and I’m glad I did because I have found a battalion that I truly have passion for and will continue to work my hardest to improve everyway I can, this position will help me achieve more of these goals. Work: I have hosted many tryouts in my time in IF and I still do. I have trained people, handled misconduct, and have given command input when necessary. I work hard for this battalion and want to continue to work for these people as much as possible to make IF the best battalion on this server. IF is important to me and the people within it as well and I hope to receive this rank so I can continue my journey of making this battalion great. The main purpose of any VCMDR is to work with commanders to make important choices about the battalion. VCMDRs work closely and oversee officers to make sure they are doing what is required of them. They are expected to maintain the roster and handle any complaints about their battalion from other members of command. VCMDRs oversee the parts of their battalions that Commanders cannot and ensure officers are upholding any changes Commanders have put in place. VCMDRs act as an example for all members of their battalion and should carry themselves professionally and be mature in all circumstances that require their attention. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I have had a fair amount of time on this server and have had a lot of experiences which I will now breakdown for you: Purge: Purge was my first battalion and taught me almost everything I know about the server. I first joined because I just so happened to meet Augustus in the third floor hallway and he gave me a tryout. I learned respect and the amount of dedication expected from you to make it far while I was in purge and made some great friends along the way. Flash forward to around December when I was promoted to SGT and had my first experience as NCO. I wasn’t the best NCO when I was first promoted but it was my first time and I learned from these mistakes and they have made me who I am today. I reached the rank of SFC and decided to leave but I still try and maintain the relationships I made there because I was my first battalion. Purge gave me the basics of how to lead, establish connections and how to stay motivated. 501st: I was 501st a short time but it was a fun time.501st taught me how not everything on this server has to be serious. There's time for fun and there’s time for seriousness. The amount of SIMs and patrols I did in 501st taught me how to interact with the community that you don’t have to be mean to people just because they are standing in front of a checkpoint and want to ask questions. I got a lot of social interaction out of 501st and I am very thankful for that. Naval: The Navy taught me many things but the most important lesson I learned was professionalism. As many know, becoming navy is difficult. It’s somewhat demanding. It requires you to be professional and any kind of misconduct seen done by you is grounds for removal or strike this all leads me to this. Inferno: My favorite battalion and the battalion I am most definitely dedicated to. I have used everything I learned from all my past experiences to be the best Inferno agent I can possibly be. I dedicate a lot of time to trainings and tryouts. I like to keep inferno fun within reason and I expect everyone under me to act professional at all times and try my best to lead by example the best I can. How often can you be Online? I can be on everyday for at least 3-4 hours on days I am off from work I have no problem being of 12 hours+ (Have done it many times) Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) Like Talila said you have held a lot of positions but doesn’t mean you are specifically qualified for this position. If it were to say at each of these positions and how they helped you become worthy of being a leader I would consider this to be a beast of an application but for now I’m going to have to give you -Support Side note you did just back off reserves and I haven’t actually seen you much on the server could just be me.
