1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : DT VCMDR JL8 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Death Trooper 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? There’s several reasons why I’d like to become commander of this branch; these reasons include the ability to reform Death Troopers and update it to keep its ability to run smoothly. Another is I’d like to continue to build a positive relationship with other battalions and Death Troopers on the server. Another reason as well is I’d like to continue to help officers grow into being senior officers and help them continue to grow and understand their responsibilities as well. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 2 weeks on the server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander of this branch is to make sure everything is running smoothly with no issues. Another purpose is to give out orders which would filter down through the Vice Commanders and officers to assist in completing tasks that are needed. The final purpose is to ensure the chain of command is set in stone and followed. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : There’s several reasons why I should be trusted to become a Commander in Death Troopers. One of the first reasons is the amount of work I’ve put in so far, since being in my VCMDR position I have completely made sure there was no inactive's/LOA's expired in the roster, I have updated and revamped the SOP even adding in a VIP Squad protection system, I’ve boosted our NCO ranks which has continually assisted in increasing Death Trooper activity and finally I’ve been enforcing and encouraging more training and activities for Death troopers to complete. The second reason is the respect I’ve gained from my fellow Death Troopers, since being in Death Troopers as I’ve worked my way up I’ve built a bond with them, and some have even encouraged me to apply. The third and final reason I should be trusted to be Death Trooper Commander is so far I’ve shown the ability of mine to implement ideas troopers bring to me or ideas on my own that benefit the existence of Death Troopers and even the Future of Death Troopers. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online 3-5 hours weekdays, but weekends 1-2 since I work. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : No, I do not have any warnings on the server

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : DT COL JL8 2. What Regiment are you applying for? I am applying for Vice Commander of Death Troopers. 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? There’s several reasons why I’d like to be a vice commander of this branch. These reasons include keeping all Death Troopers documents up to date such as our SOP and creating documents that are needed for day to day operations. Another reason is to ensure positive relationships with Death Troopers and the rest of the server by having them complete SIMS with other battalions. Another reason I’d like to be Vice Commander of this branch is to help the current Commander and other Vice Commander with making decisions and problem solving when issues come up in Death Troopers which would then help to keep DT standards high, which is another one of the reasons why I’d like to be Vice Commander of Death Troopers. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I currently have 1 week on the server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander for this branch is several things, they include assisting the commander with running the battalion and day to day operations. The Vice Commander is also there to assist with leading and guiding in the regiment and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : There’s several reasons why you should trust me to be a Vice Commander and these reasons include my leadership experience, my dedication and my communication skills. With my leadership experience, I’ve reached COL in Death Troopers meaning I've had a lot of time and effort put into this battalion to reach this rank and I know how to be in charge and be in command. In addition to my leadership, my dedication to Death Troopers is there. Since I was an NCO in Death Troopers I’ve shown my dedication in various ways from making documents to leading and coming up with ideas that could help to improve Death Troopers as a whole. Finally my communications skills, would be valuable for Death Trooper command to ensure everyone is on the same page, and as of recently I’ve started talking to other regimental commands to ask their opinion on Death Troopers and this communication would greatly benefit Death Troopers as I have their best interest in mind. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online from around 6-7 hours on the weekday if not more, at varying times(Morning and Night) depending on college work. Weekends my activity is around 2-4 hours because I have work however, I am always available on Discord. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : No, I do not have any warnings on the server.

There’s several reasons why I’d like to be a Vice Commander of Death Troopers. These reasons include helping to strengthen the ranking structure in Death Troopers, Keeping Documents up to date, Helping to ensure positive relationships between Death Troopers and other battalions, Assist the Commander in solving problems in Death Troopers and finally keeping Death Trooper standards high. In terms of helping to strengthen the ranking structure in Death Troopers. All of these reasons are things that I feel I could help with my leadership skills to help strengthen Death Troopers as a whole. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have currently a little over a week on the server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander of this branch is to assist the Commander in making important decisions and corrections to ensure that the battalion continues to run smoothly. Not only that but the Vice Commander is there to keep the battalion in line and make sure they’re following the SOP. A Vice Commander is a very important role that is to not easily disregarded; it takes professionalism and leadership skills. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : There’s several reasons why I should be trusted to be a Vice Commander, these reasons include my previous experience, my dedication, and my communication skills. My previous experience is I’ve had several times where I’ve been a leader in both Gmod and in my real life experience. In terms of my dedication I’ve proven it several times in Death Troopers. I’ve proven this by making an SOP quiz as a NCO, and I’ve proven it by my ability to be a Major, and being skipped a rank alongside a fellow trooper to help out with Death Troopers Command structure, where I’ve been helping to lead, run and organize more documents for the better of the battalion. My communication skills would greatly help to inform you all of the changes in Death Troopers to answer any needed to know questions and to help continue to create good communication between Death Trooper Command and regular Death Troopers and other battalions. 7.
