My first reason is that I as a person and as a command member is always willing to improve my self in my abilities to help this branch. Every bit of criticism I get from Enlisted, NCO's, even other command members helps fuel myself to improve my skills. Every mistake I made in security I've built onto my self to improve myself so I can become a better person for the sake of the branch. My next and final reason is my Kind and caring nature. I as should most command members treat everyone with respect, me especially I treat everyone (Even people with bad backgrounds/records) with respect even I don't know the person. I try interact with every person in security by: Helping them with security tasks, Talking about stuff related or unrelated to security, or overall making sure the person makes sure they are having fun on the server. I also will help every member of security even if its questions, Reports, Issues they may have, or anything that they ask me about. I will always listen to what they have to say no matter their rank to solve a problem that person may have and if I cannot solve/answer a problem a person may have I will confront a fellow command member to see if they can help me and the person with the problem.
