I agree with this rule, instead of outright getting rid of this SCP. We could turn into something completely different. There's a rule in the GENSEC SOP for Security CC's that i'd like to quote. "Security CCs cannot be used for MTF matters. This includes having your name as your MTF rank and name, patrolling HCZ with MTF, etc." This rule can also apply to 912 if we just rework and prevent minges from hopping onto it. So instead of flushing potential down the toilet, we can pick it up from the dirt and restore it. +/- support for the reason that minges hop on it
