+Support I do think Dog could make a fine addition to Event Team. He is someone who is not mingey plus all interactions I've had with him was good. Only issue I see here is your event, sure it may be sorta fun for MTF, but what about other branches like Utility, Research or hell maybe even CI would be cut out of it.

Ain't going to + or -support since I do not know this individual. However I'd like to use myself as an example, the exact week I came off of cool-down on being a admin, a week later I applied and got the application accepted. It does seem like Raddish does a fantastic job at staffing from what I hear from others. Its a matter of how good the person does at there current position, in this case seems like majority of the community wants him to go up.

+/-Support Whilst I do agree with it being unfair to the Scp, the bigger picture here is that Scp-035 can cause a Mass Breach event. Scp-035 is one of the most chaotic Scps there is, just by its abilities alone. Plus most of the time I don't see Research giving Scp-049 a book. I'd think this suggestion would work better if Scp-035 would have to roll against the feeder in order to feed the Scp.

Also I would have liked you to describe his size, 457 gains intelligence the more it grows, since it seems cooperative with the test. Creativity 10/25 | I can say not many people would consider testing on 457 which does give you some points, however not a really interesting idea in itself. Presentation 15/25 | The presentation itself is kinda boring, HOWEVER you did separate paragraphs which made it a lot easier to read. I suggest next time color coding certain parts of the test. For example title, green, test blue, conclusion red. Writing 20/25 | I noticed very minor mistakes made through-out, however some that could be passed by normal readers.

Keeping up to date on recent events, suggestions for Managers to look over player reports, warn appeals, ban appeals or ban requests. As Staff you should be looking at applications, player reports & appeals regulary. Correction* SMT, so Head Admin+ can look over player reports and ect, only HoS looks over Applications.

+Support 343 at the moment is basically just like staff meta gaming by using there staff abilities for players.
