Senior Admin, PoliceRP How long have you been apart of the Gaminglight community? About 5-6 Years now How long have you been a staff member on Gaminglight? About almost a year now. How often are you online on the forums? Pretty much everyday past 4 PM Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I have a couple reasons I believe I am qualified to be a Forum Diplomat. One is that I am a current support member within GL and being a Senior in PoliceRP's event team. I wish to help the community more then I am currently helping it. I have a good understanding of the forums and how the forum rules operate. That is why I believe I'm qualified for Forum Diplomat. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? I believe for myself to have good judgement. I have encountered various situations where I have had to have good judgement. One being where someone I knew pretty well in PD on PoliceRP was being disrespectful and I was good friends with them at the time. I had to talk with them, and when they were told to stop I decided to demote them. Which was hard at the time as I was in very good terms with them. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? First thing I would do is look at the posts and what they are doing. I would then collect any evidence If It was provided. Soon as I see that user was spamming I would quickly delete the posts they spammed, being the various topics they created. Sending a message to them would be my next step to tell them that they need to stop and that their posts were removed for spamming and that they should go into the GL Main Discord for Support with the ban or create ban appeal. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? If I were to notice 2 users were arguing with eachother in a warn appeal I would tell them both to stop, such as putting a Forum Diplomat Message down. If they keep going on with their arugement I'd put a restriction of posting on their account and have the SMT Team for that server handle it with the warn appeal from there.
