Massive +Support I've known Phil for a very, very long time. Almost since I joined this amazing community. I could go on about how he is fantastic in his role as Senior Admin, or how he has a lot of experience in the staffing team as a whole; but I'd rather talk about Phil's character. Where to begin? Phil is one of the most trustworthy individuals I have ever met, period. He's more trustworthy than most people I've met, or know out of GamingLight. His ability to be loyal, and be there as a friend is simply incredible. He is always caring, kind and understanding, even in the most serious or negative situations imaginable. He does not judge, does not hold onto grudges, and does not hold one's previous actions against them; but rather strives to see them overcome their past. He is professional, responsible, reliable and holds himself accountable for his shortcomings, of which there are very few instead of blaming others. From what I've seen from the years that I have known Phil, is that he is not just worthy of being a Super Admin, but he supercedes all expectations and reasons as to why one should even be chosen to become Super Admin. He has gone beyond what is needed of him, and has has proven beyond even a inkling of a doubt that he is capable. Look no further than his track record, his personality, and his actions. I have only good things to say about Phil, he meets every criteria one would never need (and more). And not to devaluate the other candidates as they have worked hard for their positions and I don't doubt for a second that they deserve the position of Super Admin; but I think that Phil is the absolute perfect fit. If there was one word to sum up Phil, I would go for nothing less than Stellar.

Name of the event (So we can announce it in the discord): Quality over Quantity Event rules: The players on both teams can only use the weapons provided by Event Staff. The Quality team will always be greatly outnumbered by the Quantity team. Last team standing wins the event. Detail of the event (Please go into detail!): This event can scale based on how many players are available or willing to participate in the event. There will be 2 teams, lets say you have 20 players willing to participate in the event. 5 players will be on the Quality team, and 15 players will be on the Quantity team. The Quality team will be equipped with very powerful weapons such as AWP's, LMG's, Shotguns, ect. They will also be equipped with full HP and 250 Armor. The Quantity team will be equipped with very weak weapons such as Pistols. They will be equipped with only full HP, no armor. The event will be highly customizable, you can try new weapon combinations, different sized arenas, ect. Whos the event for (Government, Criminals, or both!): Both

Big +Support Every experience I've ever had with Vice has been nothing but positive. During my time in staff Vice was always there to hop on when help was needed no matter what he was doing at the time. Vice has been Admin for a long time now and I'm sure his knowledge of the server's rules and guidelines has only increased tenfold. His application is very well written and I believe he is more than ready to become Senior Admin

+Support Seb is a trustworthy, respected and well known member of the community. He was a previous Admin and has proven time and time again he is capable of leadership roles. Well written Application.

Will has always been competent and fair in sits, and I agree with what Jimmy said. To me it seems like you were holding off on this report for some reason, instead of posting it right away, (not inherently malicious) however if this report was so serious on such a high ranking staff member why wouldn't you post it right away? It seems like when will initially reviewed the situation he agreed it was Mass RDM, then thought it over some more and changed his decision (which he's allowed to do as all other staff members are) -Support
