+Support Man was trying to listen to music, also you could've given this member a verbal warning as he has recently donated and is new to the server, in the bigger picture of things nobody reads the MOTD, Staff should be the ones enforcing it for sure, but enforcing a week ban onto somebody without them knowing they could play a song with a few N-Words in is not what I would expect from a community who treat there donators higher than regulars, from this understanding you should've given him a verbal and I'm sure he wouldn't of done it again. Also this song is a meme song as it has the rock in it, which I find hilarious. Still a verbal warning should've been given as he had no intent of being 'Racist' and the song clearly is not racist, a little research does go a long way, he deserves an unban in my opinion. +Support Goat is an amazing candidate for this position, even though I personally think that this Marshal Commander spot shouldn't exist, however if anyone was to get it Goat would be it, he has been command a few times now and has spent months in DT and a good while in Shock, he does a fantastic job and isn't noticed enough for it. Goat is also a very kind and understanding person with a very good work ethic, after Shocks 4 Member command team all dipped and left, Frog stepped up to the plate to help shock stay healthy, he has fixed the battalion alongside his other officers and has made it a respectable battalion. +Support DT Is in a position where it definitely needs a hard working NCO like this applicant, this application is amazing, this surpasses even High Command levels of effort. From what I have seen WS7 Is one of or even the most active DT NCO Currently, and with DTs low numbers they are putting in the work whilst other are not, if any DT NCO deserves this spot WS7 is the NCO. Finally, WS7 Shows the professional behaviour needed for a role model, from what I've seen in game they can do there job, from what I see in this application it mirror's it. +Support Kev has been on this server for a long period of time, he has been command several times and out of all those times he has done a splendid job, you'd only need to talk to him to understand his motives, he is very dedicated to those battalions and understands the inquisitorious very well, being command there several times, way before a chance of becoming a HC member, due to people hogging grand IQ at the time. Also due to his personal life he has never been able to achieve these ranks as Real Life comes first and we should all respect that Furthermore, Kev is a remarkably nice person, you can goto him for everything and he won't turn you down, sure if it gets repetitive he may ask you to go to someone else, he also respects other people's personal life and understands that real life is important. As well as this, kev is a very hard worker, constantly pushing people to do better and also constantly improving himself, his timezone fits everyone due to him being from the UK, he will always be on at prime hours. I have only recently transferred to 501st along side Senior Commander Jaeger, however during my time I have done my job as an Officer through leading and assisting members of 501st with holding try-outs and assisting other officers with SIM Ideas. I am also a very laid back individual and am not worked up easily by rowdy individuals who may be on the lookout to incriminate me, as well as this I am very friendly and open to members of the community and will always be an approachable individual due to my behaviour. Furthermore, I am also constantly talking to other regiments and always listen to what they have to stay, as well as I am also open to cross battalion SIMs and trainings, as well as this I am well versed in the use of roster work, being prior command on a plentiful amount of servers, which for obvious reasons I will not state, I would also love to start making weekly missions for 501st as currently 501st activity is low during Early-ish hours of the day, specifically when the server starts to pick up, I hope the missions will amend this and make 501st Strong once again. [150+ Words] Currently Purge is looking for a new officer core to fill out the open spots in 2LT, I would fit this perfectly as I have proven time and time again that I can handle people under me very easily, the places I have proven this are 501st, Naval and Royal Guard.
