(150 Word Minimum) I believe i deserve this promotion as i have always been on staff when needed, always take sits and share sits. I am on very late sometimes, a lot in downtime hours where higher up staff are unavailable, and run into some extremely mingey players who are not there to rp. Not to mention i am highly active as a current staff of the month and been leading staff of the week the past few weeks. Being a senior moderator will help me stop those players who need banned in the later hours and gives time for the admin+ to act which is extremely helpful. I am regularly active in ts and on forums, and i believe i have been a moderator for a sufficient amount of time and have dealt with various situation. I have been complemented by some players on how fair and understanding i can be and usually am good at directing newer players into understanding objectives within the server. I would love to be and believe i deserve to be a senior moderator, to further progress my staffing in gaminglight to help provide increased support and guidance in the future time to come.

Any extra information: I just think its a very petty warn, especially considering i am staff as seen in her clip incorrect name and yes was joking about how the president put a kos on matilda but genuinely thought she was on CC let alone i was not even brough to a sit....

+ Support I think you would be a great addition to the staff team, the whole point of trial moderator is too see if you shine or not. Like everyone there are flaws that you need to remedy and put yourself in a more objective mindset. (150 Word Minimum) I believe i am suitable as i have a through understanding of the rules, have been a highly active member and want to continue to support the server in assisting staff to contain rebreaks in peak hours and in off-hours. I believe i am lenient where it needs to be and tough when i need to be. Additionally, i have had a lot of experience as i have been playing gmod for over 5 years and have a strong understanding of commands. I also already love to help new players out and continue to do so, it would be great to further assist other staff. Lastly, to mention i have Australian Central Daylight Time zone, though i work shift work, normally i cover early to very late nights on the server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would freeze them and bring them on an admin area (rooftops) i would investigate the logs to ensure that the situation is a mass rdm, i would ask him to calm down, depending on what he is saying i would gag him, if he continues in chat i would mute him. I would then check his past history and then jail him for 300s and warn him, if a ban is required i would conduct an admin, especially if he continues after punishment. I would also ensure he knows what he is doing wrong and advise him to read the !MOTD
