Imo, -Support This seems good on paper but I feel like it'll backfire. Especially with the System we got now, If we removed that the tickets will increase for staff, and the way we have it now is that if staff takes a report and ends it, you'll be TPed to where you made the sit. This is just my opinion though

+Support If it's medical RP then you shouldn't be warned, You're suppose to be in pain. Should be as simple as that

+Support He has good experience on purge, and he has shown dedication and good activity, I've seen him work well and do his job effectively, I believe he should 100% get DT VCMDR, His application is outstanding and He's the most qualified for it! Nothing but good things come from this guy! He shows everything needed in a VCMDR.

Although he is bumdy, it does not matter, +SUPPORT!

All of them are good! It depends on which you like more, Speical Forces, Guarding, Enforcing Peace, All up to you!

Going to try to remain Unbiased here since I'm IF, and this was a situation about IF but I wasn't online during the situation but It does seem like he is overreacting to the situation, then he brings up reports for another staff member randomly? Not sure where the connecting messages are or if that is the connecting message? Without enough evidence seems confusing, for me at least, Not sure about the situation either. I'll just put +/- Support until I fully understand the situation.

Also, Add VCMDR+ ON RADIO please, that way new people won't get confsued as much
