EMS never came so after 3 minutes I bled out. Once the situation was declared code 4, I reentered my base, which was 2 minutes 30 seconds after I respawned (I had already been dead for 3 minutes before respawning). Someone who was leaving my base then called staff and complained that I broke NLR. I think this warn is false because even though I should have waited 30 seconds longer, the situation was declared code 4 and the PD were all leaving and EMS was reviving people. Any extra information: The staff member in question handled the entire situation very immaturely and seemed very trigger happy about just wanting to warn someone and I feel I got caught on the wrong side of some other issues that might have happened earlier causing the staff member to be slightly agitated. I talked to a couple of other staff members about the situation before coming to the forums about it, all of which admitted that a physical warning was very uncalled for. The pictures of the logs are really confusing to me. I don't understand why all those models are there. As for my reasoning, I got on at about 5:30 this morning ready to get on the server. I checked the forums for a little while and did some research and I thought about making a report on Sion for disrespect on the forums. I figured he would be in-game, as this is typically around when he is active. I decided I would like to talk to him about it in-game first and just have a conversation about it. I saw he was there but he was on citizen and I was just hoping he wasn't AFK. I used voice chat to ask him a few times in he was online and he didn't respond. About this time my song I was listening to had stopped. I asked a few more times if he was AFK, etc. He didn't respond so I killed him to try to get his attention. With him dead, I tried to alt+tab to my youtube tab to change the song. In the process, I accidentally hit the Windows key and tab and went to my second desktop. I didn't know I could do that so getting back was not easy and in the process of doing it, I hit my disconnect bind on gmod. I decided not to worry about getting back on because it takes sometimes 30 minutes just for my gmod to even find the server, and I just made the forums post instead, which I later decided to turn into a forums report instead.

Crease saw it happen but he still shouted "shots fired" on the radio and began to move it. I tried to use my phys gun to point at him to tell him to stop bc he couldn't hear me over the gun fire. I was not trying to physgun abuse. In the moment I forgot my physgun pjcks people up because I never use it off of staff even for props. I only use grav gun and tool gun. So i tried pointing at him maybe put the rainbow flash on his screen so he could know to stop.

NO. DO NOT add more solar panels. My friend and I have been on/off afking over the past few days grinding while we work (we both work from home) and I made 50 mil in 2 days. I'll get started on something and not tab back in for 2 hours and come back to 700k in my fuel tanks bc they ran out of gas, and then there will be 2.5 mil in my solar panels. If we add more solar panels it will just encourage idle grinding.

This makes no sense to me. The taxes thing is so you can assassinate him. If you mug him and he roleplays correctly, he will still be alive. It was the president's fault for not valuing his own life. Either way, I'm staying neutral on this. The warn report makes it sound like Max just didn't want to deal with it and rushed a warn. But at the same time, th3's explanation shows why Max might have just been done and warned you.

I never changed my story. You just didn't hear my side bc of the 4+ PD that were yelling at me. Also, I was demanding to see the rule I broke because I didn't break one. I even said, "If someone is able to show me a rule that I broke, I'll accept a warn." That's when everyone flipped it and said I was trying to find loopholes Either way, half my point here is this was all a big misunderstanding, but instead of letting the people who wanted me warned make a report to get me warned, I was made to use my time that I could've spent RPing on a warn appeal for a rule I didn't break

EMS came. EMS revived all of the gov. All gov ran out of the bank. I was revived. No gov was there. I ran. As I was leaving, someone said "oh wait we forgot the guy" and ran back into the vault, but I was already attempting an escape. In the motd, it states "If the police officer gets distracted and leaves you alone, you may attempt an escape." Therefore, a rule was not broken here. Yes, when you are revived, you have to comply with the officers, but there were no officers around to comply with as they had all left. Any extra information: I asked everyone who was around when the sit happened (Max didn't pull anyone to a roof, he just left me sitting in the middle of PD parking lot with like 4 officers yelling over me so my side couldn't be heard, but that's whatever) to please show me the exact rule I broke. Max immediately said he was going to warn me for trying to find loopholes in the motd and refused to listen to my side of the story. The next time I tried to explain my side, he interrupted me by saying "I'm just gonna warn you and you can appeal it on the forums." I feel this is very bad staffing. You should be sure someone has broken a rule before warning them. You shouldn't just warn them because youre too lazy to find out exactly which rule they broke and make them waste their time by appealing it on the forums. Edit: added poll

Like Freeze said, people will just get annoyed when they can't carry as much. Plus, this just would make custom classes even MORE overpowered than they already are just because people with custom classes don't have to buy any guns. I personally have enough weaponry so that I never have to buy a gun and my inventory is just full of lockpicks and restraints. - Support
