Why do you want to be an Officer?: Why I think I should be officer is because I've had a lot of experience in A long Time and I think I could Improve RRH with my former Command skills also my e11 ltcol duties help me with documents and also keeping people active and keeping them in the branch longer than they probably planned to be, Also Another Reason I should be An officer Is I get along with enlisted, How I Could Explain this Is Most of the time command usually separate or ignore enlisted but i like to talk to them more and give them some ideas to get promoted and work on how they could have more fun within the branch and do some fun things likes pt and making your objective more fun they it would've been. 6. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: What Makes me competent To be an A1 Officer is the amount of command experience I have . When I was CI Command it taught me not to be toxic and patient with things like getting promoted and also Being patient with enlisted and showing them how to do things like how to host raids. Another Example of why I'm competent is with me being a ltcol, How I would explain this more is as ltcol I do a lot of removals and doc work and i think that could strengthen my work quality while im an a1 officer and also i could help increase Productivity in a1 like in activity and the pinging area as well. 7. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: How I will maintain a strong relationship and communication with other branches is through pts, How I would explain this in more detail is usually after ci raids or echo 5 or even mech raids most people get toxic but if I can get them from stopping and thinking about how this could effect relation it could boost how people feel after these raids and also boost how people react when someone calls them a name in ooc. Another way I could hold some communication is through hosting pts and getting them to get some anger out in a nice way and a very funny way than in could otherwise be rather than being toxic to each other most of the time during their time on the server.
