Back when 9/11 happened, my family and I had to avoid interactions with the outside world to keep away from people who persecute other just because they are brown and avoiding the possible serious consquences that could befall us. This kind of "historical roleplay" is just a way for you to express your racist views while being "protected" by historical circumstances. This is a police rp server set in the 21ST CENTURY, not the middle ages. We should be accepting to each other regardless of who or what they are. With the amount of hate crimes today done to certain groups, this kind of joke is in bad taste, especially when one of them hit me close. Having a sign that says "No Muslims Allowed" is a cut and dry attack on followers of Islam. Your behavior in this thread and your "justification" of this "joke" does not help you whatsoever. I would suggest you reconsider how you carry yourself online because this kind of behavior is purely unacceptable. As Pope Francis said, "By thinking that everything is black and white, we sometimes close off the way of grace and growth." I hope you are able to reflect on your actions and reform yourself for the better of you and the people around you. PS: Sorry about the inclusion of the quote from a religious figure like the pope but I felt that it works in this scenario as it deals with persecution.

You have tried to use the Zues excuse with me and my experiences with you afterwards only proved to me that you should not be unbanned. This has nothing to do with us "not liking you" but rather that your actions precede you and prove that this ban should not be removed.

First of all, this is not an isolated incident. Second of all, you should wait on SMT to clear the class before doing a lot of criminal actions and when you get caught by staff, just saying "whatever".

Massive +support Kondracky is a known minge on the server and has proven time and time again to lie and try his best to get out of problems through the “death” of someone or by blaming it on an illness, whether that might be about how one day your dad invited you to fire a 50 cal rifle to the next day of him and your brother dying to now your best friend dying. I understand that you might have these illnesses and if you ever need to talk to someone, I’m always available. But using the server as a way out and trying to justify why you shouldn’t be banned or lose your cc because you spent a lot of money or “had a ruff day.” Now that you have been blacklisted from FBI and PD, you continue to use your Goverment CC to commit crimes and the line without the risk of being tased or detained. In this case specifically, you were acting as a prisoner while on a gov cc, which doesn’t make sense for obvious reasons. Then when you were forced out, you proceeded to raid prison and kill people WHILE ON A GOV CC, which just makes things worse for you. So just due to the abundance of evidence and your overall attitude, I would give it a +support. PS- FSD is not a real mental disorder but rather Female Sexual Dysfunction, which I doubt you have.

I happened to be in the channel at the time of the incident, as you can see by the video and I can say from both being there at the time and talking to Wolfgang afterwards, he felt taken advantage of by Bobby. Bobby the day before was restricted from his CERT Commander Role and was forced to not use it. He was angry at the time and I can tell that he wanted revenge on Richmond for restricting him. And even after the whole debacle, Bobby directly told me he did this to spite Richmond and his actions. But in general, I feel that maybe a staff restriction would be a little more appropriate.

(150 Word Minimum): I believe I should be staff for several reasons. First of all, I am an active and pretty dedicated member of this awesome community. I hit about maybe 6-8 hours on the server per day, and I have been a little less active then I used to be due to my recent promotion to commander on the same star wars server that I am an event planner on and the encroaching tests and finals bombarding me. This server is great and its members are the reason I am so active on it. Secondly,I possess the skills to deescalate a situation down to better understand what actually happened. This is a very important skill to have as a staff member because it can allow you to avoid or stop situations like the one in question 16 without needing to gag them. Third of all, I have some previous skill with staffing on that star wars RP Sever. This may be a only a little experience with it, as it is with me, but its always good to have when stepping into a new seriously important job, like staff is. Especially with a active server which can be really hectic to handle at times. Fourth of all, I am very open to learning new things and taking criticism from others. Some people tend to freak out or just leave some job or activity when someone points out something wrong about what they are doing. I'm not one of those people. I am always open for a higher up to take me under their wing and teach me the do's and don'ts of being a staff member. Even though I have some experience, everyone can learn. I've been in both sides of this kind of relationship and I can say that it is, beyond a doubt, extremely useful for BOTH sides. Lastly, I am accepting of mistakes and will reach out for help and guidance to fix future ones. This really works hand in hand with my previous idea in that I'm not a person to shut themselves away when I screw up. When I messed up as a event planner one time and someone called me out on it, I took it upon myself to ask a higher up in staff to follow me to the event server and explain said rule to me in detail in a place I could figure out things. All of these reasons combined, make me a good candidate for Trial Mod. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring them to a roof and jail them to prevent future killing or escaping, after checking plogs to see whether they actually MassRDMed. I would then ask them why they just MassRDMed a bunch of people and then explain to them why its not allowed on the server and why there actions qualify as Mass RDM. If they start to cuss and curse at me, I would !gag them and explain that I would be warning them for MassRDM, NCWS(Not Complying with Staff), and NITRP(No intention to role play)and I would get an Admin+ to minge them for 10,000 seconds. Then I would say that if you thought that the minge was unjust, appeal it on the forums and then return them.

First of all, most crims these days have negevs and that sort of op weapons. And we have an total of about 5 SS command in total and not everyone is on so, tbh you wont see that many people on. Most people are on there SS lower classes. Using one of the highest classes in our department to prove ur point doesn't really help. Its like saying that swat should get debuffed and using the commander class to prove your point.
