I am active in UK times, so GMT and believe that I have a good representation with the community and are quite well known. I do take part in the community alot being apart of SWAT and EMS and hold the rank of Captain (EMS) and SWAT Cadet respectively. I will be active and loyal to Police Department Like I always have been and aim to improve OFC training with an increased testing section to make sure the officers that I train are of the highest quality. I find myself overtraining cadets to make sure they are fit and ready for the RP world with small driving sections including pursuit training to make sure when my OFC's get promoted that they are able to hold their own and do not crash into everyone constantly. The extreme disrespect shown by him on this server is a disgrace. What I once thought of as a friend. He has shown his true colour and they are not what we expected. This is an embarrasement to the Gaming Light Community. We shouldnt be letting admins and moderators be above the rules and they should have to deal with all the rules a normal player has. It always frustrates me when there are no staff on that can deal with issues that players have and it can quickly devolve into a mass brawl with players shouting and arguing with each other. I would be active and could be active during UK times and will remain active throughout the seasons and keeping the population of the server happy and keep them Role Playing. I agree with fair punishments and will not tolerate any abuse of the rules by anyone no matter of rank or stature, in any services or rank. I believe in a fair punishment for all involved if that is necessary but first of all I do believe in talking it out and trying to not warn or punish people further if it can be avoided. y is the best that it can be. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First of all I would Jail TP him and explain what is happening. If he continued to swear I would warn him to stop and explain that if they didnt I would gag them. If they continued to swear they would be gagged and than I would go check logs and ask for video evidence if it exists. If the logs proved that they were Mass RDMing I would warn them for MassRDM and than get a higher admin to minge them for 10,000 seconds.

+Support As a player we always need a staff member on and to add to this I needed a whitelist to SM on PD and even though there were 2 admin + on I had to wait for 1 1/2 hours for the Head Admin as they refused to respond even with Snr Mods trying to get them to help for 30 seconds. What if something more serious happened which began to ruin everyone's RP experience? And No staff were on? James is on staff too long and gets no time to work on his job I'm RP. I got removed from Staff for 'inactivity' when I was active on Anime RP so I would say if they are on the server the amount of time as staff needs to be monitored to make sure it is good and inactive staff don't take over the server.
