I think my previous staffing knowledge will benefit the community greatly due to I am around in the times where its very quiet but peak hour for the minges. I have been in this community since around July 2016 and I have made a lot of friends.I am a very respectful person and I love to help others in anyway they need. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?I would bring the person to me freeze them with my physgun and ask them why they are killing so many people if the proceed to swear at me I would gag them and explain the situation to them calmly and explain the punishment they will be receiving I would then proceed to warn them for Staff dis,Mass RDM then call a higher staff to minge them if there is not a higher staff i will minge them for 300 and contact one via ts or steam.

+support I must say munchies I am impressed with how much you have changed and come to see the ways you were going wrong yes the things you said were disrespectful but I will admit I have said bad things in my time and did not mean it and I believe that is the case with you. I have been in command for roughly nine weeks now and I think in this time i have matured as a person and as a command member I have learnt a lot through the time i have had and i think its time for me to proceed in the ranks and show everyone what i am able to do and show everyone i have changed. My last Captain application did not go so well for reasons that i really regret doing and i hope we can move past these actions i did so i can show you that i have learnt and am always wanting to hear your opinions and your ideas on how i can improve so i can reach my goal of captain I thank everyone for there opinion in my last application a lot of points made i have improved on and i hope you have seen that in me. i am super active on the LT job and always willing to help and train Cadets i also think my time in other departments such as State and SWAT have given me knowledge that i believe could benefit the PD in many ways.
