This is the correct take. We are not here to judge character. Only the legitimacy of the warning. We have appeals for just this purpose of giving another look in case something was missed or wasn't presented the first time around. Unfortunate we don't have much to work off of. +Support because it is a minor infraction at worst.

We do not care about your donation history. You don't mass not 1, not 2, but 3 racism warns and get to pull that card. You had your chances, you were lucky enough to not have gotten the permanent on the 2nd racism warn but you used it all up. -Support

+Support This hasn't been an issue for a long time because it was generally implied that it goes CS, then any Maintenance, then the MTF subdivisions. Wording change is necessary I guess for the by the book people.

-Support For this to be possible again, more scenarios need to be met with less bullets and actual communication, roleplay, and strategy. Right now, we are at a state of win at all costs, no matter the costs, with potentially no net benefit. That mentality has hurt us for a long time and has caused countless toxic situations to unfold. This was one of the scenarios that fell because of it. Until we can get back to a state where people don't mind the occasional loss and care enough to not immediately resort to drawing blood the second things go south, then maybe we can return to this. It's not too late to rework the meta where it isn't a one-up battle 24/7.

+Support I'm kinda over the "just use TS" excuse. I feel TeamSpeak actually causes a breakdown of communication between branches. Most branch members stick to their own channels, sometimes in locked channels where they can't be reached. You can't quickly relay necessary information typing or having to Alt-Tab to switch channels when you're in a deep situation that requires full focus. As long as we limiting to who exactly receives these radio, it could be a great help. This isn't asking for EVERYONE to receive them.

-Support This wasn't a one-time ordeal, you have three high level warnings for Racism and Homophobia. Two more warns for Homophobia in PoliceRP. You had A LOT, and I mean A LOT of time to think about it. You really got away with not being permanently banned for several months but your recent warnings caught up to you. I will start off with your main points. 1. Only High Command+ meaning Twix, Zack, Nefario, and myself (until someone is appointed as Director of Logistics) are able to accept applications. No one lower has the ability. When you go to other branches, this is normally the case. 2. It will normally take a week to be accepted. In NORMAL circumstances, they'll be accepted during the weekends. If an app is posted on that weekend, they may be held until the next weekend. There are many reasons for this. Some are, but not limited to, evaluation, High Command discretion, and IRL circumstances. 3. Your application may or may not receive supports. This is entirely based on the people looking at the app. They may not respond because they don't know you too well. If you receive no supports, you will be evaluated based on your app and activity in the branch plus other points as deemed by High Command. 4. If you feel you are being ignored or applications are not being responded to in a timely manned, just ASK. Up the chain of command as is hammered on a weekly bases. I'm also available if you cannot get through to High Command. Heck, I'm here typing to you during my work shift. I'm angered you are disparaging my Medical command as lazy for not getting to applications in what you think isn't timely and making it a public issue. Especially since only a few people hold the power to accept them. No one has had an issue with our system cause they understand it will take time. We have lives too. I reiterate. If you think there's an issue, ASK. My DMs are always available for questions or concerns.

This is more of a fail on Security's part. FearRP is immediately broken upon two of the guns being put away for cuffs. There wasn't time to establish that to the receiving player "The Gaming Goat" nor did anyone think to re-establish it in that timeframe. Even in the clip, the gun goes out of his view so he would not have known that the proper amount of guns were out. One second and switch doesn't mean you can maintain a freeze, you got to maintain through the whole process. Some people are lenient and will let you have it but the proper way as described in the rules were not established. -Support EDIT: I don't appreciate the use of reputation and constant replies over an opinion that will most often not even be used in deliberation by SMT. There are circumstances where leaving would be okay but you kinda straight up left as soon as you were froze and nearly cuffed. You even joked about it then disappeared. A few more seconds to say "Hey, I'm leaving, can I be let go?" isn't much effort. I'm inclined to agree with the report. +Support
