  1. Hey GamingLight! Can you believe it? A whole 597 days ago, I embarked on an incredible journey as a Probationary Agent in the GamingLight FBI Department. It all started on 8/9/2021 when Deputy Assistant Director Raven took me under their watchful eye and trained me. Since then, I've been fortunate enough to serve as Director of the FBI Department, overseeing the Field Training Officers, Hostage Rescue Team, United States Marshal Service, and Secret Service. But as they say, all good things must come to an end. So today, I'm announcing my resignation as your Director. Effective Sunday 3/26/23, I will transition over to the new Director once named. Throughout my time here, I've had the honor of working with some truly amazing people to create some truly amazing moments. I want to give a shoutout to former FBI Directors: @Juanzz, @Phil, and @Lime King for allowing me the opportunity to serve in their footsteps alongside you all. They inspired me every step of the way. To Matilda, Kessel, Killing, and Sanchez since you four have always been there to support me, and roll with the punches that I throw your way which will always be much appreciated. @Matilda and @Duncan McOkiner, my friends, thank you both for being incredible teammates on HRT and even better friends (who I will continue to bug on Discord daily, weekly, and monthly). And finally, to @ZoeyPlaysGames, my talented and thoughtful successor, I have no doubt in my mind that you'll inevitably lead FBI and continue to make this community proud with your dedication, creativity, and inclusivity. I wish I could thank everyone who have taken part in my journey individually, but that list is simply too long and ya boy has said almost enough already! You all have a special place in my heart and I’ll always remember that As I sign off, I want you all to know that this community has been like a second home to me. GamingLight has helped me through a pretty tough time with mental health and has distracted me from all of the "real life shit" that no one wants to really talk about. While my journey in this community may be officially ending, I'll always cherish the operations, laughter, and memories we've shared. Thank you for everything, GamingLight. I believe I should be a Maintenance Command member not just because I keep getting told to apply for it but that I would love to see more expansions to lesser used sub branches like USI and CS. I hardly see them one and people react like they are unicorns at times. I would like to help with at least the USI and making it far more active than it currently is which seems to be just me and whoever I can get to flag on. I would also assist higher ranking Command with any tasks they are too busy to not handle. I have experience in management and a degree in business administration I can utilize in the command efforts. I would love to see more roleplay efforts with the other non-combatant branches. There is great potential with this branch and I would love to assist in continuing the efforts everyone puts in to have fun and engaging roleplay. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would clearly and concisely clarify that he is not allowed to do that and to please return to the training room, if he continues to not comply I would place him on a do not train and make a report to have a staff member flag him off the job. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? Bunks are OOC, if they are leaving others who do not want to be involved alone then it would be fine in my opinion. The very second anyone is upset or complains about it then I would ask them to stop and calm down. It is fun and games when in a Code Red for the lower enlisted until it is upsetting someone. Everyone should be treated with respect. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? If they have not been warned about it before I would verbally warn them and try to get them to follow SOP, if they have already been told off I would strike them and have them removed. I don't want to be completely heartless but if someone is doing no intent to roleplay as maintenance then they should take a break from it and read the SOP and make sure they follow it if they want in the branch again.

I think I can speak for everyone that from the day you took hold of FBI you had a plan to make something beautiful and I hope I can continue in your steps. since knowing you, you have always been a highlight of interaction and positive energy something I personally strive to achieve with both gaminglight and my every day life. so without further a do, "RA6 to RA5 Direct, you did great my friend time to rest those wings..." 07

  8. From all of the time I have known you through the server, you were always a joy to be around and interact with. I loved watching you build up FBI through your time as the Director, and it goes without saying that you were one of the greatest elements about the server, both through FBI and altogether. You will be dearly missed, stop by every once in a while.

Dispute: I know I messed up in the past and broke some of the server's rules and regulations, but I'm hoping you'll give me another chance to show that I've changed and won't make the same mistakes again. I get that the Red Right Hand is a very serious role-playing Branch with some strict guidelines to keep things fair and fun for everyone. I'm cool with taking responsibility for my past actions and whatever consequences come with them. But I really do think I've learned from my mistakes and can be a positive part of the server. While playing on the server, I've learned a lot about the importance of teamwork and collaboration. I understand that what I do can affect others, and I'm committed to being respectful and cooperative. I've also spent time researching the server's rules and regulations to make sure I know what's expected of me as a member of the community. I know that some of my previous actions may have caused disruptions and made the experience less enjoyable for other players. I'm really sorry about that and want to assure you that I'm committed to creating a positive environment for everyone on the server. I'm willing to put in the work to earn back your trust and respect. If it's possible, I'd love to meet with a staff member to talk about my behavior and how I can improve. I'm also happy to engage with the community in a positive and constructive way to show my commitment to the server and its values.
