Why do you believe you are the best candidate for the Commander position?: Why do I consider myself as the best candidate to be the CMDR or LTCOM. Currently, as the oldest command overseer on E11, I always make sure that the whole branch is doing great in all its activities and that the rest of the command is fine in all its activities, quota, promotions, and attend to the problems with the other command overseers of the situations or problems that cause the rest of the branch as Recruit, NCO, Junior command, Low command and Senior command to expedite the HCMD tasks as much as possible and make sure to fix all the current situations that exist with the other branches as if there is a dispute With some of those who are in the branch, I make sure to talk to the other command with whom I am reporting the problem and then I talk to the person who caused the problem and it depends on how serious the situation is, I will have to punish or even removing it from the branch and it gets even a DNT as everyone knows I like to be having a good time with everyone and doing roleplay but when you do bad and you could even ruin good relationships relationships with the other branches the branch comes first to ensure that it is okay with the rest of the relationships. In addition to that I am able to work with everyone and even if you are not a command because the other key to being able to run a branch without problems is the communication with everyone from recruits to command and even could be the enemies for and always think that the branch I don`t know how to run just for being CMDR or LTCOM and always reward everyone for their good efforts. 7. What specific skills and qualities do you possess that make you competent enough to run the branch?: I have almost a year of experience being SCMD in GENSEC and E11 and I never give up the branches where I have fun and where I put more effort to make the same branch grow on gensec I have been MAJ for almost a year since i have been putting my effort on both branches that i'm being SCMD on it sub branch experience on gensec EXHCMD on wardens i have proven my self previously that i'm a good fit for warden HCMD and i was the Warden Praefect, in E11 I am currently a commando supervisor for 3 months but almost 1 year of being SCMD and in E11 I am currently the HFTO so I supervise the training of new recruits and supervise the tasks of the entire command and I report directly to the CMDR or VCMDR what is happening in the branch and if it is going well or badly but as always we are doing well because every week we have more than 10 new recruits per week and the rest of the command are always promoting people for their good job so I can say that I have done a good job and currently I work on the new training guide which HCMD haven't approve or denied it but at the same time updating the one we use. 8. How do you plan on running the branch?: How did you plan to run this branch very good question. RRH plays the important role as the death squad, personal guard and assists in all its tasks for the O5 council, the site director, the zone managers, department directors and some high commands. And my way of running this RRH would be to assign all the available members to ensure the VIP is safe during his duty's that is at the moment and if we have a lot of personnel protecting the same VIP, separate the escort to go to the next room and another group to the previous room So to ensure that the VIP is safe from all threats coming in front and behind, in case some of the groups are in combat with the enemy, we mobilize the VIP with the group that is not in combat, we regroup and escort the VIP to the safe place until the threat is neutralized. Meanwhile, if there is no active VIP, the RRH will patrol the site to supervise everyone and even assist others in their events, such as assistance in repairing the doors, fixing the electrical outlets, assistance in securing the site, assistance in the permissions to test some SCP, supervising the test or even utilization and etc all depending on your assigned squad. 9. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: In order to maintain good relations with the different branches of the server, a player has to have positive thinking and always take lightly when it comes to a game and not be toxic with the rest of the branches, so I always get along well with as many as possible and to see when PT could be organized with the other branches and thus to be able to maintain a firm activity and good relations and always be attentive to what happens with the other branches respecting them anyway and regardless of their role all the branches they are important regardless of the reason, that they all play a very different role and when applying for this position I will be aware of how the relations of the branch that I will be supervising are with the other branches and my main objective it is to make RRH a serious branch to have but with a unified relationship with the rest of the branches of the server. Not only will it be your highest rank yet but its completely different then the branches you do run and would be your first experience as SF (and in an overseer capacity). Additionally a lot of the things I read in this application were hard to understand and I don’t really agree with. Granted you have experience I am concerned as to why you have been in that position for that long. Vuitheirt Posted March 9, 2023 Share Posted March 9, 2023 +Support Chineseman in my experience has proven himself more than once of being a capable leader, I've had experience alongside him in RRH and MTF, he's extremely active, a great staff member and one of the nicest people on the server, I think he would be a great commander/command member of A1 I keep a stiff upper lip and I shoot, shoot, shoot from the hip I got a stiff upper lip, come on baby.
