Boesermaster Posted February 17, 2023 Share Posted February 17, 2023 How would this change better the server? - Let MTF and CI move around the Map faster, and allow for more Dynamic on Surface also yes this is only 1 Vehicle, Ci are ex-Foundation, Members, so they would definitly have 1 or 2 Jeps of there own. So that CI could, fast drive into the Foundation to Raid, or kill any E11 who could watch them, this would allow for faster and more Dynamic Raids. Or MTF could use it to catch SCPs on Surface, or SCPs could steal the Vehicle (only HUmanoid ones but gotta admit imgagining SCP 682 driving a Jeep is funny. ) Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? I also just generally dislike the vehicle itself, I would personally prefer a Humvee. There's a lot of opportunity that comes with adding vehicles, imagine ambushes where CI ambushes an MTF convoy with RPG's and a firefight ensues, that shit would be RAD as fuck. Manager Curtis Posted February 21, 2023 Manager Share Posted February 21, 2023 +/- Support I see where you are getting at and I can see the potential RP in it, however like others said surface right now is not made for it really, especially for CI, E-11 probably made more with how they made surface, however depending on what is going on people will definitely minge with it, and with cars at least in my past experiences can cause lag. Someone, somewhere, somehow will due something that is dumb and cause lag to the server.
