(150 WORDS+): i am not good at shooting i try my best but i do everything i can to stop the d class passing i try keep d block in check that no enlisters are doing any minging and following all rules at all time so that it is easy to talk to ones thats not doing as there told i try stop all enlist come to a research so i can deal with research and assain the person who needs to be on the escort if no nco on i want to inprove the nco so i will watch to see what nco needs inproving on and how they can inprove and give them tips on what they need to work on and i will follow all rules and i never brake a rule and will always keep going to inprove my skills to become the best i can as command i want all gensec to been seen as one of the best branch. 11. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: i will ask them nicely to leave d block as d block is gensecs area and they have no say in anything in d block and if they dont lisson to me then i will take it to a high up in e11 14. _Alpha_ Posted April 24, 2022 Share Posted April 24, 2022 +/- Youre a active CO, and play often on GMT as well as regular NA time zones which is a big plus fo rme, but my main issues stem on your time in command, which youre only a 1LT and have less experience in command. This isn't inherently bad but I believe its wiser to get more time in GENSEC as a CO. I also believe communication can be problematic as HexG as mentioned. I believe you have the potential to become a great Major, I just think you need a bit more time! So fuck Dat if you -Support for that reason. However I do think eevee can improve especially on the "command" aspect. I (personally) do not see charge being taken for the entirity of d block and while it ie alot to manage much similar to senior command it's simply good practice. Most other things are just fine. STONKSMAN Posted May 3, 2022 Share Posted May 3, 2022 ok so, this could be controversial however, hear me out EEVEE is a lovely person (MOST OF THE TIME) and she shows great potential for the future of Gensec, however -support for the reasons listed. -needs more experience as a member of command, low time overall belive it or not thats the only reason i see for her not to be SCMD therefor i believe for the moment EEVEE should be held back from SCMD to learn low command a little more and get more experience but after that i see no reason to hold this trooper back! -kindest regardsObito RETIRED Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
