1. Steam Name?:
Drizzle

2. Steam ID?:
STEAM_0:1:69152740

3. Roster Name?:
Drizzle

4. Current Rank?:
CPT

5. When were you promoted?:
January 29th

6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?:
Roughly since 11/19/21

7. Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by GamingLight and by the many Security guidelines?:
I promise to follow and enforce the GamingLight and Security guidelines.

8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?:
I promise

9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?:
I will have respect for everyone!

10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+):
I would love to help further improve security by becoming a part of SCMD. I will do my best to improve others and help make the security branch stronger than ever before. I also love a challenge and thought this would be an awesome opportunity to further challenge myself and further increase my knowledge about the branch and server. As always I value respect a ton and would love to influence more security to value respect just a little bit more than they did before whether it be D-Class, MTF or CI. I also would like to be more of a help in security by possibly helping implement new great ideas into security. I will continue to do my best to improve not only the GENSEC branch but the people in it. Enlisted and NCOs are the future and we should do everything in our power to help them succeed. I understand the responsibilities I will have to take on and what will be expected of me. I also swear not to abuse any powers I may gain and will continue to treat everyone with respect.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?:
If I saw this happen in front of me and nobody was addressing it I would ask the officer if they got permission from and NCO+ and where they were going just to be sure.  If they were constantly leaving without permission I would calmly ask why they were leaving without permission. If it was a genuine mistake or this was their first time being told I would ask them to return to D-Block. If they refuse to listen or are minging I would remove them and put them on a DNT because it tells me that they are not fit for security at that time.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?:
If I witness an NCO leaving D-Block constantly and are giving terrible reasons, I will ask them to step aside to talk to me. I would then explain to them that they should only be leaving D-Block if it is absolutely necessary so that D-Block does not fall and warn them that they will get striked if it continues and I would inform other command members to keep their eye on them. If they continue to leave D-Block with terrible reasons then I would strike them and put them on the DNP list. If it still happens after that, then I would have to demote them because it tells me that they are not willing to listen.

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?:
I would calmly and nicely tell them that they cannot be in D-Block and cannot command security as E-11. If they refuse to leave and keep trying to take control I would get a clip for evidence and report it to E-11 command.

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words:
I would fist take them to security bunks and congratulate them on being promoted. I then would tell them to hop into an empty TeamSpeak channel with me and give them the link to the NCO guide and read it over with them. I would then tell them that NCOs are leaders and they should set a good example for enlisted. I would also tell them that they are expected to take command of D block and make sure they are tending to waiting researchers. I also remind them of the rank requirements for people to be sent to LCZ and HCZ. I then would inform them on patrols and stationing and how they work. I would go on to tell them that they can now call protocols on anything orange or worse and tell them they are expected to call binds as an NCO. I would also ask if they have all of their key binds set up properly just to be 100% sure that they are ready to call protocols. I then would go over how we are looking to promote NCOs that show leadership skills, show that they are disciplined and a good roll model and tell them that they have a 3 day promotion cooldown. I would then tell them about the NCO activity logs and the requirements to fill them out. I also stop and ask them occasionally during the training to see if they have any questions about anything at all and one last time before I give them their tags and whitelist. I then give them Discord tags and tell them to change their name to the right rank if they haven't already then give them the Junior NCO whitelist. After that, I tell them that they can be trained for Sniper and JFTO and tell them to watch out for when sub branch restrictions get lowered if they are interested in being trained for RIS. I then offer them if they want to be trained for anything before they flag onto their new job. If they don't want to be trained for JFTO then I remind them to contact an SFTO+ if they ever want to be trained.

- Activity can be better

Drizzle, I have seen you learn and grow since you got WO and then got SVFTO the next day. You have only gotten better with time. I have seen your activity start to get lower as of recently but maybe this is the incentive you need to be on more. Best of luck as always.

Drizzle is an active, commanding guy. I caught him on earlier today for atleast an hour and a half, if you ask me, thats active for CMD. Drizzle is also very dedicated to this branch, and
seems like he wants to actually change GENSEC as a SCMD. Good luck drizzle!

Throughout my time as DHFTO, he's never let me down to help me with notes. He's very reliable and makes sure D-block is stable from when I was around. I've never really ran into a problem when it came to him. Great candidate for SCMD if you ask me.
