6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?:

2 Months (I came off of reserves) On my last run I was here for around 4-5 months.

10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+):

Senior command has always been my #1 goal in this branch. I like my duties as low command, but I have been working for a long time back from my first time around in Security Command to now for this position. I have never been striked throughout my time here which displays that I am good at my duties. No matter what job I am on, I am always overseeing how the branch does and if there are any problems I always make sure they get dealt with accordingly. I'm not the most active when it comes to hosting PTs/Off-Meetings, but I have done a good bit for the amount of time I have been here and I plan on continuing to host/co-host and make very original PTs now that I have Event Team. Throughout my time here I have made countless friends in this branch and I don't have any negative relationships with anybody. I make sure that the people I promote deserve it, I don't just sit here and promote people after they have been on for 30 minutes, I actually heavily pay attention to their behavior to ensure their promotion will benefit security. I am very strict when it comes to promoting hence why I only do about 1-2 promotions every 2 days because I don't hand them out like candy. I am on every day for an absolute minimum of an hour, however I often try and end up doing 2-3 hours a day. I do my very best for the wardens sub-branch with my activity in it, I often help out with warden tryouts and I plan on continuing the wardens activity for a long long time. I love security so much and I want to do anything I can to benefit this branch and make it better, and senior command is a very good way to do this. I will be non-stop brainstorming for ideas to add on to the branch and I am very good at noticing problems. Anything that I see that is unfit or something that is causing a negative impact I will get fixed. I do want to note that I am incredibly happy with our current state of command and the branch in general. I think this is one of the best groups of low command security has ever had and I hope it stays like that.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?:

If it is a first offense occasion, I will ask if he has NCO+ permission to be out, if he does not I will inform him that in order to leave d-block he must have NCO+ permission and not to do it again. If this occurs a second time I will remove them and put them on a 2 day DNT depending on how rude they were about the situation.

12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?:

I would first explain to them why I believe that their reason for leaving is invalid and give them some examples of good reasons to leave. If they continue to do this I would put them on a watch-list and a DNP to give them more time to prove themselves for the next promotion. If it was severe enough I might consider striking or possibly a demotion, but that is worst-case scenario if they are really rude about this occurrence.

13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?:

I would simply explain to them that they shouldn’t be in d-block in the first place and especially shouldn’t be ordering security around. If they don’t listen, I would notify E11 Low Command to get the PVT dealt with.

14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words:

First off I would pull them into a separate TS channel and hand them the NCO guide and read that off.

 

I would make sure they have protocol binds set up and let them know then can now call protocols on code Orange/Black.

 

I would let them know they can know leave d-block without permission and give enlisted permission to leave, but don’t leave for dumb reasons.

 

They can now be trained for FTO from a SFTO+, training is a great way to get your name recognized and we often promote NCOs when they do a great job in the FTO program.

 

They can now give enlisted to escort researchers, but only CPL+ may escort into HCZ.

 

It is required to have a forums account and I would send them the link to the forums page.

 

Promotion Cooldowns are now 3 days instead of 1, MSGT -> SM is 5 days.

 

I would get them their tags and give them a complete run down of the NCO Activity Logs, let them know to log everything they do down here and recommend people for promotions, however make sure they are fit for the promotion and don’t just put everybody down for one.

 

After all of that I would train them for Sniper, give them Junior NCO Whitelist, and let them know they can apply for WO now.

The reason I put "+ Support ?" is because I was am not totally sure if you are qualified in my mind for Senior Command. But as I was thinking it over I did not see a direct reason why. I know you have experience and are a good member of Low Command so I can't say I do not support your application. As always, best of luck.
