(150 Word Minimum) I think I deserve to join the Gaminglight staff team because I try to play on the community every day and I try to engage with the community to the best of my ability I try to get everybody on their good side I don't like to argue or complain I don't lie about anything I am calm with staff and other players and I report players if nessecery and I think the staff team is a very responsible and respectful vonenteer position and is sometimes difficult to handle but I think I can handle this and that im ready to be a staff member and that is why I belive I think I should be able to join the Gaming Light staff Team. But I think that I will need help as I progress through the ranks and gaining new abilites dose not mean minging with them playing around or just randomly banning pepole beacause they are jaywalking. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would bring the reporter check if they have any proof read their report because they had to write it and ask them what happened once I have the information needed from the reporter and then I would bring the accused see what they have to say and I would give them the correct punishment and asking what I should do. In my POV I would like to see more detailed what would you do with someone mass rdming more then "I Would give them the correct punishment and asking what I should do" 3. When I have been on gov you can be mingy at times. Now some feedback to you, I would start to play the community and just chill. Abie by all the MOTD rules and make sure what your doing is right and gain some more community rep ingame and overall in the whole GL Community. It has a lot of run on sentences which leads me to believing you did not take any time and effort into writing it. Second is the recent warns that you have had. A good amount of them have been within the past month and this goes to show that you do not understand the rules. I would say try going a few months without warns before you reapply and put more time into your application as it will greatly increase your chances of becoming staff.
