It just results in E11 sitting right outside of D-Block in a better defensible position. The rule "All SF are permitted on the catwalk" and "E11 can't enter D block without Zone Manager+ perms" are both server rules. This suggestion has nothing to due with any branch rules. DBlock is the responsibility of nu7 and gensec, and E11 shouldn't be allowed to tread on that responsibility without permission, regardless of how redacted they are. Theres no LOOPHOLE..... their E11 and as ppl have stated it says in the motd "E11 can't enter D block without Zone Manager+ perms" this has to be achieved first before they may go anywhere, its not that complicated.
