049 Breaching Clarifications - Accepted [Completed]

Context:

While playing as 049 and seeing other people playing as 049 i see alot of people going to feed 049 with less than the 3 people required to fear rp him. They then proceed to shout at 049 that he cant turn them as they are feeding him and therefore he is not allowed to breach. As of the suggestion from Chief limked  Here's Implementation it states that 049 can breach while being fed due to reasons stated in chiefs last comment on the thread.

What i am suggesting:

I suggest adding an extra statement to 049's self breaching section of the MOTD stating that he can breach while being fed if he is not under fear rp.

How would this benefit the server and who:

This would benefit the many new players who gain access to 049 and are unsure of if they are allowed to breach while being incorrectly fed and also stop those feeding 049 from breaking rp to shout "you cant turn me i'm feeding you" then being turned and calling a sit for something that just needs to be more widely known. This would save everyones time in the long run by not having to involve an admin and ensuring 049 gets a fair chance of breaching if his containment measures aren't followed.

Note* this isnt arguing for the rule in the first place as that was already resolved in the link above thia is merely asking for an addendum to the motd to show the rule. So please dont comment if its about how its a stupid rule or doesnt make sense or anything like that.

TBH if any SCP is being fed and the MTF are carless i think it should be punished with a breach.

Seeing as this is already a rule, +support to making it more clear.

However, I’d also like to say this rule is quite stupid as the basis of it is “if you leave the door open for an SCP that wants to get out, it’d get out”, however in RP 049 would be perfectly content with having a test subject. It also doesn’t turn every single person it comes into contact with, only the people it deems dangerously contaminated. This sets the basis that power levels or containment issues of an SCP are not based purely in lore but also in game balance, thus I find it stupid to make this an exception. Forcing MTF to have more than one for ANY feeding ruins the point of TRTs who are meant to quickly get to dblock and back with a dclass, makes more trouble for feeding which are already huge messes when dclass minge so much (which can be fixed with sits but those can take a while due to having to prove that a dclass killed themself with an elevator to avoid being fed), and it just generally ruins the flow of feedings that MTF establish.

This rule is better off removed altogether than clarified.
