Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be Shock commander because I want to help the battalion strive even more than it has been recently. Through my time as a Vice Commander, I believe that I am ready to take the responsibility of leading the Shock Battalion. My personal goals for the battalion right now are keep activity up and think of some new additions for the battalion to keep enlisted coming back. I want everyone to have a good time but also still enforce rules. Shock has been my family since day 1 for me on this server and I would be honored to lead it. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I've been on the server for about a month and a half now but I have a week of in game time. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander is to lead his battalion, keep it running smoothly, and make tough decisions for it. The commander looks out for their entire battalion no matter what but also keeps them in order. The Commander always looks for improvements or additions that could be made in the battalion. If the commander sees someone working hard and doing their job they will reward them. Commanders need to have good communication with the entire battalion especially Vice Commanders. Vice Commanders are there to assist the Commander so they need to know what is needed from them. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Even though I've been Vice Commander for only about 3 weeks; I feel that in my time as Vice Commander that I do my job and I do it well. I have been on top of roster updates as much as possible. I always helped enlisted and officers with problems they have had and was always there for them. I am generally very active and am always checking on everybody that is on to make sure they are doing their job and not minging. I believe I am able to handle any challenges or problems sent my way. I am kind, Respectful, and serious when I need to be. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am generally online everyday but that will likely change with school and work being added together. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have 0 warns and it is going to stay that way. Thank you for taking the time to read my application.
