I am really active showing i can be on and helping everyone that needs any help, this helps as while the other command are busy or not online i can help, support and control all of the lower ranks in PD. I feel that my judgment towards Promotions and demotions are great as i can spot when someone knows what they are doing and are ready for the next rank while also enforcing the rules to people who break them and giving them the correct punishment while also not being too harsh. i work very hard for PD and make sure its a fun enjoyable job to be on. I take the roleplay seriously but have good fun with every person I patrol with showing i can have fun while also roleplaying to a great standard. I always take any rank that wants to roleplay with me showing i can be open to anybody that wants to have fun and roleplay with me, i also make a lot of great choices towards any arrest and fine i give out giving the correct punishment towards anyone that breaks the law. I am trying to get all PD to pull over any law breaking and get them to do more traffic stops to stop people from breaking the law constantly and thinking they can get away with it, This helps as when we are en-route to a serious crime there is not cars crashing and blocking road ways stopping us from getting to a scene to help out on scene.
