Also sometimes the president is busy with other matters and doesn't notice the vote to accept the warrant. And from personally experience judges are AFK much less then presidents. What are the advantages of having this? - adds to RP, gives the judge more to do, could save gov's time if a president is AFK and needs to be demoted.
