You will be tested on it: Yes Timezone: PST Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): Well to start off, I have been staff before. I resigned because I was way too stressed with two branches and being senior command in one of them. As of now, I came off E11 reserves as a WO and have been getting back into the vibe. As staff again, I will be able to uphold the rules of our server and MOTD. I am a trusted member of our community and plan to always be that way. There are my moments when under heavy stress but I have learned to not freak out or get really pissed off. I am always looking for a better way to improve myself and take guidance from others as I go along. As staff, I will uphold my duties and never go rouge or abuse any of my powers. I will always try to be on my best behavior on and off of staff and keep striving higher until I resign. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First, I would ask them to calm down in a polite manner. If they do not calm down and keep yelling, I would gag them and/or mute them depending on how they are doing it. Next, I would check thier log to check and see how many people they RDM/ARDM. Then I would get the proper warning and get the correct staff member to ban them for the correct amount of time.
