And Also I know how to talk with people I am respectful polite and Active. I have a good team spirit and I would love to be a staff member I Always loved watching how staff deal with situations. I always know what to do if something goes wrong. I am kind and I understand the situations. I know when to be serious and I know when to be a chill dude. I know how to stay calm if someone is disrespecting me I have a lot of patience when it comes to waiting. I will always do my best to think of the best punishment for people who are not playing correctly. I always listen to my higher-ups and I will always listen to what they say to me. Thanks for reading me. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If he/she was mass Rdming I would bring everyone involved and ask the guy/girl who made a sit to explain the situation. if the Rdmer does not Clip his mouth I would gag him and after ask the person who made the report to explain to me. if I have enough proofs I would call a higher up and ask him to ban the Rdmer For RDM And staff disrespect. if I do not have proofs I would go on the kill logs to make sure that he is the one.
