Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?I would like to be the Vice-Commander of the Storm Trooper branch because many of the the lower STs are a bit mingy and I would like to change that I have been apart of STs for a awhile and have been a higher up [CPT] for a bit now and I would do anything to make STs better and try to make people I see fit get promoted as fast as I am aloud and as a Vice-Commander I would be able to help people more and promote people who need it. 4. How much game time do you have on the server?Four Weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?The main purpose of ST Vice-Commander is to lead the Storm Trooper branch and to help it expand and become better everyday and help others in the branch get better and higher along with helping them all have fun. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :I believe that I should be trusted because all I want for the ST branch is for it to get better and better and have less minges everyday and seek out that it grows. I as well am the Jump Trooper lead and a CPT Storm Trooper is my main life and I wish nothing but it become better. 7. How often can you be Online? :Everyday for most of the day. 8. 0din Posted February 3, 2021 Share Posted February 3, 2021 -Support It feels like you didn't even attempt to put genuine effort into this application, I read through it about 3 - 4 times because I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt and while you do have a somewhat good grasp of what's expected of a vice commander taking care of minges and leading is only half of the job. Being a vice commander, commander or any leadership figure requires a defined maturity and the role has a set of disciplinary expectations that you simply do not meet. I don't really care for your reputation in the community, rather your actual ability to lead which is exactly what I'm critiquing. I'd suggest you take some more time, follow in the footsteps of previous commanders and your current higher ups and learn what it truly takes to be a good leader because as for now I personally don't think you realize the weight and importance that a role like this holds. I digress, I still hold a ground set of respect for you as an individual regardless of ability to lead, and I wish you the best of luck with your application.
