Echo Romeo Posted January 2, 2021 Share Posted January 2, 2021 (edited) In Game Name: Echo Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:39606008 Job applying for (O5 Logistics - MEDIC +/ADEPT + | Red Right Hand - ANY MTF/CI RANK OR GENSEC COMMAND | O5 Research - Research/CI RND Researcher+):RRH (Nu-7 Sergeant Major, CI SFC) If applying for Red Right Hand preferred O5 to guard:I would guard anyone with honor, but I would prefer to guard 05 Research or any 05 Council How many Warns do you have?0 Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: I want to join the O5 Staff Team because I personally love the concept of PvP and escorting for tests and find it fun and fulfilling, and I believe being Red Right Hand will make it even more exciting, and make my experiences in Escorting more useful, especially because I would be protecting some of the most Important members of the SCP Foundation, and I would be doing it almost every time I’m on the job. I personally see most 05 medical and research team members without a RRH escorting/protecting them throughout the day, especially mid day, but every time I see them without a Red Right Hand I want to be the person to Step up to the plate and escort them. I have personally seen them get overwhelmed and eventually killed by massive D-class riots or Rushes from D-Class one almost a daily basis, as well as SCP Breaches and sometimes even CI raids, I have actually personally ended up surviving GOI Raids alongside O5 Medical and Research Staff. I always wanted to be a member of, and looked up to Red Right Hand from the second I found out it was a job on the server, and I even remember asking in OOC Chat how to join, and I heard I needed to apply, but I was new to the server and Mobile Task Force Nu7, and I was nervous and thought it would get denied almost instantly, so I decided to wait so I could learn the servers rules and get more experience and time on this server. Every single time I saw Red Right Hand protecting an O5 member, I wanted to join more and more, and back then I told myself the only thing holding me back from applying was my own incompetence at the time. I want to join the more serious Roleplay side of the server, dealing with Redacted things, making sure people don’t know what the shouldn’t know, and making sure the O5 Staff members stay safe (Especially from the "Assassins the IRS Sent after 05-9" ), and protecting the Site, and the SCP Foundation as a whole. From what I know and seen, RRH does a lot of Passive RP, I prefer to RP stuff rather than just saying you did it, or going in guns blazing to save/rescue a hostage. Even negotiating and making deals with the Opposing side is more fun than say, raiding them to try and get what you want, before trying to negotiate. Why should we accept you: I am pretty decent (sometimes my aim goes potato) at PvP combat, mainly because I deal with CI/GOI, D-Class and just PvP in general everyday. I am extremely active, and I am on almost everyday. Since I am both a Member of Nu7 and Chaos Insurgency, I do know how to deal with D-class whether it’s them rioting or not complying with the person you’re escorting, or just getting in the way in general. I know almost all of the containment and re-containment procedures for all of the SCPs, and I know how to use counter raid tactics to counter CI Raids, and any other threats that may approach the VIP I am tasked with protecting. I am a member of Nu7, so as said before I know the containment and re-containment procedures like the back of my hand. I try not to mess around and or minge and I try to be as serious as possible, especially on Nu7 And CI. I like to think of the different events that could occur while I am on the RRH Job. For example, let’s say Neo get’s on the O5 Research Team job, so I flag on and begin to escort him, then Chaos Insurgency begins to raid we are pinned down in Heavy Containment Zone Armory, and Chaos Opens the door and throws a grenade into the Armory, but the other door is also opened by Chaos so we rush out as they rush in, and as Chaos enters the Armory, the Frag Grenade goes off, killing 3 of the 6 Chaos left, and the other 3 are injured, but we take them out before they can get their bearings. After the fight Neo is on 23 hp and 0 Armor, but we successfully repelled the supposed attackers, and effectively ended the Chaos Insurgency raid. If I was not protecting him during the Raid, and Chaos still targeted him, they most likely would have killed him, or maybe even worse, but because I was with him, his death or capture was avoided because I was protecting him. I have experience with raiding to secure hostages or SCPs, such as the time SCP-682 was captured by Chaos and I coordinated with Omi9 (At the Time) Master Sergeant Greg and lead Nu7 Until Nu7 Command got on, and eventually, using the information we gathered from our time scoping out the area, Nu7 Commander MattO was able to sneak into Chaos Insurgency base and free SCP-682, letting him loose on CI, then MTF rushed in and tranquilized SCP-682. Because I am in Chaos Insurgency, I have captured hostages as well, and I have captured both SCP-049, and Multiple Mobile Task Force Special Forces Units. Also because I am In MTF and CI I know HCZ, LCZ, and EZ, and even Surface pretty well, so if my VIP gets lost, or forgets where something is, I can easily help them find their intended destination. I know that if any O5 member flags onto their job, as a Member of Red Right Hand I am to protect them with my life. I know my actions in and out of character can affect me, even if it’s on a different server, and I won't take this position lightly, and I will try to give it my fullest, and if I mess up, I will take full responsibility for what I did, and try to improve. I try to follow the MOTD pretty much to the dime and know most of the rules, and I know what's expected of me and those around me. I try to follow all orders given to me to the best of my ability. Due to past experiences in the field of VIP protection (On Gaminglight ImpRP) I know what formations to utilize during protection, in order to maximize the effectiveness of even 2-3 guards. An example of a 3 person formation is a Half VIP Diamond, essentially there is 1 person about 2 Alt-Walking steps behind the VIP, then there is 2 on the sides, they can either be directly next to the VIP, or 1 Alt-Walk step back.
