Any extra information: The evidence above only shows the Racism he spammed in our sit. He had also been putting up these signs in RP. Once i took him to the sit he spammed these signs on the roof and attempted to snipe at people. It made it a little difficult to deal with him since no Admin+ was on at the time so i just jailed him on the roof and tried to get a moderator to strip him. He eventually left the server.
