During my 5 and a half weeks as LT I believe I have been able to prove myself as a positive role model to my fellow officers, as well as being able to competently help them in whatever they may need. I feel I have made myself a very trustworthy person that people know they can come to about anything, regardless of what it is about. I enjoy creating new and exciting RP situations for my officers when in game to shake things up a bit. When people do things wrong, I would rather show them how to do it the right way and find the base of the problem rather than punishing them for that action. I know how to command effectively, and have shown that through my achievement of a high command position in dispatch. I am also on the server daily and am active on pd.
