My passion for this community, server and the dark side of the force are outstanding and I put a lot of my tough gathered hours into it. With becoming the role of Darth Vader a lot of responsibilities follow that I’m willing to grab a hand around with a hard fist. I admire the High Command and Senior High Command team and I strive to get into a position like that. I’m willing to dedicate my time and think of the role as a job I need to focus on. I love roleplay and with becoming Darth Vader it opens up more opportunities for more interesting and fun roleplay for the community that I would appreciate working with. What experience do you have that would be relevant to the role of Darth Vader? Currently, I’m commanding in Naval and the Starfighter Corps as a Rear Admiral and Chief Aviation Officer as well as supervising NCO’s and Enlisted in Purge with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. As Senior High Command one of the responsibilities is overseeing operations on the Imperial-Class Star Destroyer. As of my time being a command in Naval, I’ve worked alongside with Grand Admiral Thrawn and High Admiral Classy as well as the Admirals where I have learned a lot on how to operate as a member of command. During the time where the Starfighter Corps Marshal Blunt resigned they were left without a command. I got the opportunity by getting promoted to Chief Aviation Officer to assist them for the time being. During this period I learned a lot on how to command and overseer multiple battalions at the same time making sure all the troops were in the right place. Where I worked with General Stone. Why do you think I should pick you over other applicants? I feel like I got a talent for organizational leadership skills in my current roles on the server. There hasn’t been one challenge I haven’t taken into my arms making sure it got the most positive outcome yet. I have spent hours of time into, assisting battalions in achieving better roleplay and stronger leadership in their ranking hierarchy. I have over 2000 hours of experience playing Star Wars Roleplay and with that being said I have proven myself worthy of being a command. I can do the work and give the time for being a Senior High Command and I will deliver exceptional results. Personally, I think I would fit in beautifully and be an amazing addition to the team. Please outline some ideas that you could bring to improve the server as Darth Vader: With Darth Vader being implemented into the roleplay on the Imperial-Class Star Destroyer I would focus on bringing the lore from him right into the community. Making it feel like he is “real” from the information and personality we have learned about him. Darth Vader has been a community demand for a while and from my experience in Inquisitorious I’ve wanted to fight alongside him with me becoming Darth Vader, it would be one of my focuses to fulfil the community demand. Looking at something I could improve with becoming Darth Vader on the perspective of roleplay. I would make sure that people get the feeling of a real Sith Lord enforcing the rules and being someone you don’t wanna say the wrong words to. I could increase the amount of serious roleplay, make sure the roleplaying experience of Darth Vader being on the ship is top toe. I won’t just be focussing on the Inquisitorious but the whole ship’s troops in general (While still giving the commanders the opportunity to command their battalions, as well as the troops, get to experience being ground command or having leadership in their own battalions). I got the right mind-set for improvement and as time goes on I keep being innovative with new ways to make the daily experience of playing on the server more enjoyable. -=Section 3=- In your personal experience with being a player, what issues have you come across? During my time as a whole playing Star Wars RP, I have come across a lot of different issues with players. But I’m gonna focus on the Gaminglight server. What I've noticed on Gaminglight. - Lack of respect - ST’s getting the wrong treatment - People being left out because of physical/mental problems In response to the question above, how would you handle and fix these issues? For the part of lack of respect how I would change that is to hand out warnings and in the worst-case punishments in form of DNP’s/Demotions/Strikes. Respect is a big factor in both roleplay and out of roleplay. In roleplay respect makes the roleplay feel more real, you should always show your higher-ups respect for the work they do for the battalion you are in. And from experience myself being disrespected for my poor English from time to time, I want to work on this. Because of the work I do, I do for the community and the regiments I am in. In response to the Stormtrooper treatment. I would make sure all regiments get to understand that Stormtroopers are the base of regiments growing. Without them, the community won’t grow at a speeded rate. Therefore it is important we show them respect and treat them as all other troopers. In response to people being left out. During my time on the server, I’ve experienced people with physical and mental problems getting treated differently and it disgusts me. I want to make sure that everyone gets treated the same. Everybody deserves a chance, and if I see people being left out I would let the person know if it continues I would instantly strip them from their rank and punish them. Anything else you would like to add? Im currently the rank of a moderator on the staff team and a gamemaster. I really want to assist this community and by now I personally think I have proven myself trusted. I’m really caring and always want the best outcome of everything. In events, I make sure everyone gets roleplay to do because I want everyone to improve. In my daily life, I study psychology so I know how to handle different people with different personalities. And I believe it is very beneficial both for me being staff as well as achieving the rank of Darth Vader. I personally do not believe Vader Summary I believe you would be a reasonable and kind Vader from your app. I believe you would be a good Vader to help the community, but you may fall short in the speed at which that happens due to your boots on the ground approach. Try thinking of ways you could utilize the higher office to nudge people towards the right direction and teach them how to help you accomplish your goals.
