I am assuming you got up after getting tranqed then continued to kill people, which is a good way to get blacklisted since 682 cannot die and the only way to get recontained is with a tranq. Also you need to go into much more greater detail about the entire appeal. Finally you have been playing on the server a bit, you should know to read the rules on the Scps, or know the general MOTD a bit better. Like Zeus stated, closing the pop up menu when you load in is agreeing to our rules, next time please read the rules on Scps before hopping on them. You didn't "Know" it was against the rules but I warned you for breaking tranq timer and NLR while also warning you for player diss if I remember correctly you were dissing the MTF that had recontained you.
