(150 Word Minimum) I think that a staff member means you're supposed to enforce a set of rules that the server provides and give an unbiased punishment I think that I am capable of doing so. I personally believe I am well suited for this position as I am a very confident, strong minded person and I am very capable of keeping a level head when dealing with someone breaking a rule. I would consider myself as an equal person, I would say I treat everyone the same no matter who they are. I don't like to hold grudges towards anyone as I feel that's not only immature but also childish. I like to treat everyone with equal respect even if that player is being disrespectful to me, I'll treat them with respect.. Personally, I think of myself as an active, well-known, mature person. Being active means not standing afk all day but actually helping the players when they need staff or just making fun with the players so they have a great time How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would start off by bringing the person to a place where no one can interfere with the situation(roof). After that I would start of by asking the person to stop swearing if he doesn't stop I would gag him(I would also explain to him why I gagged him). After that I would explain to the person why I brought him to the sit and also check the BLOGS if the person really did all of these accusations. If he indeed did it I would ask him why he Mass RDM'd for this I would ungag him but if he keeps cursing at me I would gag him again and give him the opportunity to explain to me what happened in chat.
