I thought not; it's not a story any of the Site Command would tell you. It's a research legend. Darth Oppenheimer was a Dark Lord of the Department of Research for the Foundation, so powerful and so wise that he could use [Data Expunged] to influence the O5 Council to conduct extremely dangerous experiments...He had such a knowledge of the research logs that he could even keep the ones he cared about in research. The research side of the Foundation is a pathway many abilities that some would consider unnatural. He became so powerful...the only thing he was afraid of was life, which, of course, caught up to him...yada, yada, yada, you get the rest.
