Evidence (REQUIRED): https://streamable.com/3xlfm https://streamable.com/e8lzf What do you believe should happen to the player: Perm Ban Any extra information: @gamikzone can back me up as he was there for the original ban. EDIT: If you look up his profile, you will see that it was made the same day his original account was banned. I believe he needs an IP ban and community blacklist as well.
