Why should we add it? - I'm personally fine with 10,000 seconds besides the fact that in the staff handbook it says 20+ warnings is a 14,400 second minge from an Admin+ but we can't give that amount of time. What are the advantages of having this? - Allows for Admins to be able to get the job done and not have to bother a SA+ if one on.
