Hooplaa Posted July 3, 2018 Share Posted July 3, 2018 Your In-game: HooplaaYour SteamID: STEAM_0:1:107729311 The admin's name in-game: Joey On Duty The admin's steam name (If you know it): N/A What warning did you receive: Mic Spam Evidence of the warn (REQUIRED): https://steamcommunity.com/id/nofceswf/screenshots/ Why do you think this warn was false: I was singing German Folk Songs (MOSKAU by Dschinghis Khan) outside the entrance of PD under the alias Certified Health Inspector, no body was around to hear me except one guy (name Unknown, it was an OFC). Then the OFC made an attempt to place me in custody, so I ended his life. I was then pulled into an admin sit with Joey On Duty, where he stated that "you can't be singing like that, it considered Mic Spam". I was then warned for the Mic Spam. I believe the warn is false because I was singing outside of PD prior and I had other Staff Members (Billy K) visit me whilst I was singing, and say it wasn't a problem. Only after the OFC was killed did it become an issue. Joey On Duty also stated that he was angered from prior sits, which I believe may have affected his Judgement when sentencing me. Furthermore, moments before I was pulled into the sit, only the OFC was there to witness me sing, so the "Mic Spam", if you will, wasn't even affecting anyone. Things get heated pretty bad on Staff sometimes... It can be stressful, but the best thing to do is bottle up the emotions and use it on something else or productive. I use my anger on cleaning up my new house im building IRL.. and drinking a bit of alcohol. im only half drunk... I swear.
