Defibing in d-block rule [Completed]

What are you suggesting? - I am suggesting that reviving in D-block shouldn't be permitted as (A1/HCZ Manager/ LCZ Manager) as it is unfair that they can revive people in d-block. It is already difficult enough to get through the door as it is when there is one entrance for d-class to enter and everyone is on the other side of the door.

How would this change better the server? - better for d-class

Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - slight disadvantage for site administration but they can defib anywhere else.

Who would this change mostly benefit? - this would benefit d-class and make it more fair.

Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

A quick clarification, you want this to just affect site administration and their escorts? Seems like a really niche rule

Yes. Lately site admin+ have been spawning themselves defibs quite frequently, And its honestly pretty unfair. Field medic's already can't unless their SOP was changed

The A-1 Class that has defibs already have very strict rules when it comes to them, so if you have the names of the A-1 that were doing it, please hand them over.

At-least on the Alpha-1 side of things, this should not be happening. As Mary said, there are strict rules on using the Defib in Alpha-1. If you've noticed any of our operatives abusing the defib please let us know. We can't do anything unless we see it or have proof.

I just want it to be a rule. It is just unbalanced for d class that they can revive a HCZ manger in d-block which is already a unit by themself and has over 300 heath with really good guns and other things.

So… there was no occurrence of this happening? With rules already in place to prevent this.

i have to give this a -Support then, if you see this happening , you should make a report. So it doesn’t happen again

Incorrect this happened the day I posted this. And is why I am suggesting a rule on no reviving in d-block. I also did make a report on it and a lead admin told me there was nothing in the sop that says that they can’t so he told me make a suggestion.

Oh you should have stated that in your last post , well
+ Support then, to add Defib rules to the SOP

I've always disliked the idea of Site Admin being able to give themselves stuff they don't spawn with on the fly just because they feel like it.

There are already rules within all departments that have a defib:
Medical (And by extension, DoL+): No reviving in D-Block
A1: No reviving in D-Block and can only revive VIPS and other A1
CI: May only revive 2 people per raid

If you see anyone abusing the defib, report them to Command

It is an MOTD rule to follow your branch's SOP.

Regarding SA spawning them in, that's a staff issue. If you feel like they are violating their rules, feel free to report them. However JMT+ (Majority of SA) in general are allowed to spawn in weapons, entities, etc. as long as it's not something stupid (e.g nofuckoff_swep). However I do agree that they should follow the no D-Block rule.

+Support for enforcing the no D-Block rule on SA a bit more, but -Support for adding the rule to the official server rules. I see no reason to add more niche rules to our already lengthy MOTD.
