Trial Moderator Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read my application. Starting off, currently I'm just playing on E11 and do my thing here and there, and I hop off. I'd like to do more, help more, and be more of an asset and functioning member of the community. I would like something challenging to do, as I've heard from current and past staff that it has it's different kinds of challenges, and that's what can make it exciting. Given that I have previous experience as a staff member in a couple of other communities, I believe that I have an idea of the expectations of how staff work is. Also, with my reputation in the community, I believe that I have raised enough trust within the community to earn myself a rank within the staff team. I want to see the server keep going strong, and I want to move up through the ranks to be the best that I can for the community. Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Please note, in the scenario questions we are not expecting perfect answers. We are accessing your critical thinking skills, your ability to use the staff handbook, and come to reasonable conclusions. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? In my opinion, it's best to hand out the punishment that's appropriate to the rule that they're breaking. No sense in escalating it further. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would advise them that due to the staff team receiving a previous regarding bug abuse, they'll be receiving a warn.

There is nothing that prevents him from expressing his concerns regarding a player. People are allowed to have trust issues/doubts regarding a sit, as staff have to make the right call. I'm sure there were people that you didn't trust when you were staff? If you said that you trust everyone, that'd be a bold faced lie. It seems that you're going after because you didn't get an outcome that you wanted from what I understand regarding this issue. -Support

What are you suggesting? - To clarify the rule under SCP-035, regarding use of the swep. The rule is as follows "There is a five minute cooldown with each use of the SWEP." This is, in my opinion, implying that masking as well as snapping of the neck are subject to the five minute cooldown. How would this change better the server? - Better understanding of the rule, reducing sit times as well as staff sits overall. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Only to the player of 035, having to wait to snap a neck again if this is clarified that it's part of the rule. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone, because of clarification.
