Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? hello I believe I can help out this Community and i will show effort and put the time in to show this my hours for being on are good sometimes 10:30 to sometime in the am EST, i think since I'm on a lot i can Improve A lot in the Process to become a better staff member on the sever while doing my other jobs and helping people in need I know the rules for NLR,RDM etc and will do the best i can in a sit to be Professional at all times.and to make sure i say i will be on at off hours so i can help with the Rdm,Nlr and minges that do try and troll late night when no one is on most of the time for the staff team ill be there to help as much i possibility can to improve and do better as a staff member and person on this sever.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMING and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I'd Get a higher up to help me with this player also ask them to stop if not and they Continue Mute/Gag Will be needed once the higher up comes ask them to help you or ask what you should do for mass RDM depending on what's going on you should Jail/warn if Needed ban.
Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. I'd hurry as fast as i can without to much of a rush while staying calm make my Decisions fast if i can and Ignore and stay professional during the sit.
Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I'd Clip this part send to higher ups of course of Evidence than what ever they did that the sit was called for I'd carry out those and let Higher Ups Decide what there going to do for NITRP.
Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? Verbal Warning First of course and let the player know hey stop abusing the bug you know It's Broken so stop doing it so It's fair for everyone Than if all this Fails ill give them a Formal Warning
