Timezone: EST. Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve Trial Moderator for multiple reasons. I am an active member of the community, I am mature, and I am trustworthy. I am an active member of the community. I make it a goal of mine to be online, on the server every day for about 4 hours, on weekdays. On weekends I am online mostly all day. Being active is important so that you get known, and it will lead to being respected and being promoted eventually. Being active also builds a relationship between me and the community, I have gotten to know certain people, and what they do on the server. It also builds a good relationship, like building trust between myself, and the other members. I am mature. I also make it a goal of mine to be mature at times, where I am present to the public like if I am on-duty as an admin, I will not be joking much, I will attempt to do my job professionally and efficiently. Being mature can also build trust and respect. If you are constantly joking on-duty, and getting nothing done, then people will stop calling for us, and take punishment into their own hands by either RDMing or just being disrespectful back, leading to a toxic community. I am trustworthy. I have shown myself to be trustworthy, I have worked my way up RP ranks, and I want to start contributing to the server. I have gained the trust of multiple admins, like Ruinz, LordInsider, ect. I believe that I deserve a chance to show what I can do, and to become staff. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First, I would join the Admin team. Once I am on team, I would cloak myself, go in noclip, and fly to the top of a building. I would then jailtp them. Once I have them, I would warn them, if they continue disrespecting, I would gag them/mute them in chat too. I would request an admin for the admin to issue further punishment if it gets severe enough.

Okay, just wanted to say, good luck to everyone who applied, today is the day we will find out who will make a huge change in the department, who knows, the people picked could become the new director in a while. (150 Word Minimum) I do not believe I deserve it, the word "deserve makes it seem like it is a right, but I do believe that I could be a great asset to the team, these are the reasons why. The first reason is, I am an active member of the Gaming Light community. I have seen the community grow larger and larger. I have seen at least 3 maps. I want to be apart of the community as it grows. Being an active member is important so you can maintain your job as a Moderator, and to support the group itself, because the more players that are online the more popular we become. The next reason is, I am a mature person. Being mature is extremely important so that you represent the server well, and so you do not embarrass yourself. While there are times to joke around, while on-duty is not one of them, and I know that. The next reason is, I am a friendly person. Being a moderator is not about being “mean” to players, their job is to HELP the players and maintain a great RP experience. Unfriendly moderators can lead to players leaving the server, and never coming back. And if the moderators are unfriendly, fewer people would request their help and try to “solve” the problem themselves, by most likely breaking more rules. The final reason I believe I should get moderator is that I am trustworthy. Being trustworthy is important because you prove that people can come to you and that they will help you. It will also help you with your higher level administrators. Anyway, I hope that you will consider me as a Trial Moderator, have a good day. When they start cursing at me, I would give them a verbal warning, then an Admin warn, then eventually a kick. I would also request an admin to Anti-Minge them.
