Well it's been a good run. However I have lost interest on gaminglight and gmod. My job also takes up a lot of my time so I would like someone who has more time to get up the ranks. Special thanks to Ghostly and Bobby for helping me out in state and showing me around in CERT. I have been inactive in the past week and should have probably put this up a week ago but took a while to build up to it considering the fun and great people I've met. Might be back in the future, never know. But for now. PEACE!

Why?: First things first I want to have a COL for more than two months. This has just been ridiculous of how many people have been taken out the position. The disrespect towards SMT needs to stop, it's only hurting the department. Any Suggestions?: A better pistol for troopers and CERT trooper. The SIG is the WORST pistol in the game. I would love to use a pistol on trooper as to make it seem more realistic but I have never even came close to winning a shoot out with it. Also idk why CERT has AK-47, it seems so off and needs to be changed to something a cop would use not a terrorist. Lastly, DOC should get a prison in the new map.

AK-47 does not fit us at all, it's an ok AR but as people have said it's a sand person gun. What do you want to see happen in C.E.R.T - Only thing I wanted has to have a commander but thankfully the amazing Livebait has filled in that role.

Name and Callsign on roster: Elvis SAF18 Your activity: Semi Active Why we should keep you as a SAIC (50+ words): I should be kept as a SAIC because of how important it is to have a good supervisor making sure everything is going smoothly. I have never gotten in trouble before and remain strike less. Lower ranks need a helping hand getting to know how things work and I can be there for them and show them the ropes. 3 Things you should be doing as a SAIC (20+ words): One main thing I would say SAIC should be doing is making sure agents are in check. It's important to make sure the lower ranks are doing their job and doing their job right. Secondly, you should be working together. I think it's important to have some backup and teamwork with other agents and even other departments can come a long way. Lastly SAIC's should be making sure they are being the best role model. People say monkey see monkey do and it's true so we need to make sure the lower ranks know what's right or wrong.

Yes, I have not been disrespected by anyone and everyone is nice. Question 2: Please list 3 or more recommendations you think would improve the atmosphere of roleplay and seriousness within the Rockford State Trooper department? I think we need to focus on more roleplay situations we could due such as more traffic stops and checkpoints. Also I don't know why we are called "Rockford State Troopers" considering Rockford isn't a state. We should be call Illinois state troopers. Lastly we should get better communication on radio. Not that our communications is bad but it could improve. Also due to all the players and departments radio can get out of hand at times. Question 3: Do you have any other issues or things you would like to mention to us? Please feel free to express your honest opinion. I think that CERT should get a new AR. An AK-47 is not roleplay at all and something a police force would never use in the US. Also the pistol for state could use a buff as it only does 17 damage compared to the other pistols in the server that do around 30.
